JAMES KNOX--
Protest Music--

Since I posted this article on Pastor James Knox's protest style music, he has changed his web page. His disclaimer letter, well known to many who follow his ministry, is gone. The clips of sample music up now are mild compared to the sorry sound previously posted. Since he has removed this content and forbidden me to post the letter or music under copyright rights, there is nothing on which to base any discussion of his new sound in music.

Pastor James Knox wins-- I lose-- God will now have the last word.

Also, I will make no comment on James Knox due to potential of being entrapped by agents provocateur.

Sometimes we just have to walk off and let the sheep fend for themselves.

Is James Knox useful to the Lord? Certainly. He is probably one of about five sound Bible teachers in Florida. Along with Dr. Peter Ruckman and a few others, he stays with the King James Bible and really teaches. No bombast, bluster, or bull. I strongly encourage you to order his teaching cassettes for your own edification.

But, the music thing-- I have no idea how he came up with the '60s protest music style for the purpose of communicating biblical truth.
