ADAM'S FALL

The Entrance of the first Sin into humanity

Now, we know that Eve sinned first, as Paul tells us with emphasis.  We know that Eve presented the fruit to Adam. The woman was the first sinner, and women's libers still scream in rage at this thought.

BUT, Adam was the executive of God in the earth. Adam was to be the leader of his wife and her protector. Many a man has passed off the sins of his wife because she listened to Satan or some TV demonized guru like Benny Hinn!  I ask, "Where was the old man when the temptation was going down?" Where was Adam when Eve was being attacked with temptation?  I bet Adam was off up the river Euphrates having a mountain top experience learning to invent and keep promises to Eve.

In any case, the big man did submit to the suggestions of his wife, like a good little Promise Keeper, and he joined her in her sin. Now Islam and the Moronic Mormon Church both claim that Adam brought us all a blessing by sinning. Adam's sin brought the need of Jesus Christ to die for us. This notion that Adam sinned as a favor to the race is the great lie of all men when they sin. They claim they have to sin for the good news of salvation to be learned. Shall we sin that grace may abound?  "Hey," the sinner says, "Let's party."

This myopic view erases, for a while, the reality of Adam's heritage which we all share:

Romans 5:16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

So, sin entered by ONE MAN, and Eve is left out in the New Testament doctrine of the fall.  One man sinned, Adam that is, and Jesus Christ had to later come to earth, feel all the ugliness of sin's effect on His beautiful creation, be tempted by the same old Serpent that got to Adam, and then Jesus Christ had to die on the cross in order to buy back humanity.  The process of this buy back still continues to take place as men are called to make the decision to go on to heaven and Glory at the end and destruction of the earth one day.

Are you aware that God has to let you die and destroy the earth 100% in order to get you back the way he made the first men? The fall of Adam was catastrophic beyond any comprehension my friend. After you die, if you have been reconciled to God though Jesus Christ, you will go to God totally clean, without any memory of your sin, and you will live eternally in God's heaven. If you make no effort to be reconciled to God in this life, he has no choice but to send you to hell where Satan and all of the wicked of all the ages are now.

Is this God's fault? Of course not. He did not go anywhere, we did. Paul speaks:

Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

If you do not understand that, it is because you do not want to. To agree with God is to take responsibility, and it all comes back to you and me. We have all eared a place in hell if we do not come to God through Jesus Christ. Those who want to keep right on in sin and rebellion against God will play dumb. There are no dumb bells in hell-- they all understand all too well.

You read in the first text above that "the law entered that the offense might abound." God wants every man to have plenty of evidence to condemn himself. Read the law of God in the Bible. Moses alone gave the world over 300 laws, and many more are given in precept, preaching, and Apostolic revelation in the New Testament of the Bible. God give a citation for every sin so that you cannot say, "I didn't know the gun was loaded."

Let us go to the state traffic code in your state. There are hundreds, if not thousands, or traffic codes. Each one has a penalty. If you can find a traffic code where a penalty is not attached, you can beat that code every time. All legal and jurisprudence experts know that if a law has no penalty attached, the law is color of law, or void from the day it was made. God is just as just. He has a penalty for every law he made, and it is the same penalty for any law of God you break-- DEATH. Very simple, right. Who can miss that?

Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

You answer for your sin and no one else's. You will also pay for only your sin, and no one can pay for your sin. There is no bum rap with God. He simply tells you that you sinned, and it does not matter if you broke only one law of God or all of them-- you die.

Now, there is one exception. Jesus who never sinned in his life on earth could die in your place.

1 John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

1 John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonemen
t.

If you understand this, and if you directly speak to God and tell him you want the blood of Jesus Christ, which he shed for you when they crucified him long ago, you will be saved. Put it off, or laugh it off, it matters not. You go to hell because YOU sinned, no one else, and you will pay for eternity. There are no exits in hell, only one big entrance.

Isaiah 5:14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

The beginning of human experience was a total disaster, why would you want to end YOUR life in a total disaster when God made a way of escape from the ultimate penalty?
