Apollyon
Rising by Thomas Horn
This book is based on alleged biblical
truth and archaeological information going all the way back to Sumer and the Tower
of Babel. Horn has some VERY convincing arguments, and he has some rarely exposed
research information. This is highly seductive to the Bible believer who is interested
in prophecy. The problem is, Horn is another false prophet trying to set numbers
and the date of the alleged END and Christ's coming.

Acts
1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt
thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto
them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath
put in his own power.
Thus, we must conclude that ANYONE who predicts
dates or seasons of end times events is a heretic and would have been stoned to
death under Moses law. Let us be only too eager to blast all such teachers with
all authority and spiritually warlike zeal. This era is marked by fear of all
sorts. This is NOT to be the condition of the Lord's Church:
2
Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind.
If
an alleged prophet missed even one prophecy, he is to be ignored, he is an heretic:
Deuteronomy
18:22 (KJV) When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow
not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the
prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
