All about Arabs and Bible prophecy, Islam's alleged spread debunked, Semitic roots of Arabs sustained

PROPHECY-- ARABS

Our position regarding Arabs is that they are a permanent part of the Semitic family.  They, of course, do not receive the covenant promises, but they DO figure in the future Messianic Age with specific promises to them in Genesis, Isaiah, and Zephaniah.  Please read Chapters One and Two of ALLAH, DIVINE OR DEMONIC (Also available on CD), the editor's book available from our Home page.

Arabs are the bad guys of the media and the Fundamental Baptist gang.  How did that happen?  Answer:  Ignorance.  Who knows that for 400 years Jews and Arabs lived as good neighbors in Baghdad AND Jerusalem? The Palestinians and Jews suffered a like fate at the hands of the Ottoman Turks for hundreds of years. The Palestinians and old world Jews of Jerusalem danced in the streets as British General Allenby drove the Turks out of Jerusalem in 1920. Try to pry that out of Marv Rosenthal. No, the Palestinians are all firewood for hell to the overage Fundamental Baptist today.

Who knows that Maimonides, the famous Jewish scholar of Spain, and the leading Jewish thinker since the time of Christ, wrote nearly all his works in Arabic?  On this page, there will be no Arab bashing.  Indeed, we look for Arab Christians to send in their observations as to present day and future events in the light of the King James Bible.

We do not have a breath of sympathy for the religion of Islam.  It is by far one of the most degrading religions ever hatched in hell.  We simply do not allow ourselves the error of confounding the love of Arabs with our hate for the Islamic system.  Muslims around the world are coming to Christ in ever increasing numbers.  We want to encourage this further.

Please send any events or information which you feel have any prophetic character with regard to the Arab people.  Again, to see how we view the Arabs and prophecy, read the chapters from the Editor's book mentioned above.

GUEST EDITORIAL ON SAUDI ARABIA

Is is acceptable form to suspect Saudi Arabia, accuse them, and find them guilty of aiding terror, while, in fact, we cannot produce hard evidence to that effect? Is it OK simply because the Saudis are Muslim, and Islam supports terror as a theological option? If we are pro-Israel, and the Saudis are anti-Israel, does that allow us to lie about the Saudis? Are we right when we are wrong? Do we care? Does the Bible still teach us to [Romans 12:17] "Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men."?

These days, with the false claims of a Christian faith by a Freemason named George Bush, we see a lot of flag waving and "God bless America" in the streets. So, will we Bible believers allow the media and the Federal spin masters turn us to mindless hate because we have inhaled the incense of the cultural moment-- a culture of war making and retaliation? Truth does not benefit, in its application to life, by exaggeration and speculation. In fact, truth is lost and vulgarized by speculation.

The following letter from "Michael" helps call us to think straight.

The Saudi Government:
Question: Is it or is it not linked to terrorism? It’s a question that attracts more questions than answers.

Answer: If a link as tenuous as a donation from a charitable organisation finding its way into the hands of a person who may have committed a terrorist act, then quite possibly so.

However, that connection is as remote as an American citizen’s purchase of a soft drink and the sales tax finding its way to finance terrorism in El Salvador, sponsored by the US government. The well known patriot Colonel Oliver North knows a bit about that sort of stuff!

The essence of the analysis is whether the donations by charitable organisations to individuals were made knowing that the money was to be used to support terrorist actions. On the micro level, the final use by the end user of every riyal or dollar from a collection box can’t be traced or followed or confirmed with 100 percent accuracy.

So far, nothing useful has been said, insofar as speculation, pages missing from reports and op-ed pieces in the media provide more heat than light and facts are woefully short.

The 27 deleted pages from a congressional are alleged to contain “very direct, very specific links that cannot be passed off as rogue, isolated or coincidental.” They are said by senior US officials to depict a Saudi Government that “not only provided significant money and aid to the 9/11 hijackers, but potentially allowed hundreds of millions of dollars to flow to Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups through suspect charities and other fronts.”

Potentially? Depict? Potentially, getting out of bed leads to death; safer to stay where you are. Much in the manner of the “weapons of mass destruction” debate and Tony Blair’s much vaunted but now entirely discredited Dossier on Iraq, potential is all that is offered. Depiction or description isn’t the production of fact.

The same congressional investigators that described these “potentials” also admit that they “found no specific evidence” proving that Saudi top officials – notably members of the Royal Family – conspired in any way to fund the Sept. 11 attack or other acts of terrorism.”

Not only has the Saudi government called for the release of the missing pages from the congressional report, so have several dozen US lawmakers.

Speculation feeds the media. Opinions are cheap and plentiful and descriptions of “potentials” very often repackaged and sold as fact at worst or at least knowledgeable comment.

Whilst this feeds up the August news famine, it’s time for some hard, checkable facts....please?

Editor: I have grown up on the missionfield as a kid, and my wife and I have been missionaries in Africa in Ethiopia and Kenya. I learned long ago that certain missionaries were agents of the US Government, some even on contract to the CIA. Back in the "home church" people supported these missionaries and prayed for them. When the missionary came on furlough, the home folks believed the reports of salvation and baptisms and the alleged national church the missionary was planting. In reality, the missionary was living the life of Riley, eating steaks at the Hilton several times a week, and eagerly serving his real boss in Washington DC. Does this make the supporting "home church" members guilty of complicity? NO. Do figure.
