BOB THIEME
This
is a research resource page on Bob Thieme I
have found him to have at least four of the qualities of all gurus:1.
While he teaches much biblical truth correctly, he has several off the wall teachings
he promoted which make him unique. All gurus do this. This forces you to go to
them to get the special full treatment of truth. 2.
He makes it very clear that he is the best source of truth available. He casts
himself as a master of biblical Greek. In fact, one of the links below will be
a treatment of one of his "expert" treatments of a text where he botches
the Greek royally. His tapes became a cultic toy for many Christians in the exact
pattern of William Marion Branham. 3.
He has a low view of woman. 4.
He wears special clothes to make him stand apart-- in Thieme's case, he likes
to be seen by his church related followers in his old US Military uniform.
Before
moving on to the research area of links, let me give you several
