Scientists
have successfully produced an embryonic pig-human hybrid. Human DNA was inserted
into pig cells which became tiny embryos. The researchers have not revealed what
happened to them, but suggest they could have been grown further by being implanted
into a womb - and that either a pig or a human mother would have been suitable.
Nobody
knows whether the hybrid embryos could have become living beings. They would be
much more human than pig because about 97% of DNA is in the nucleus, which was
human. There would, however, be some effect from the 3% of DNA from the pig.
The intentions of the researchers are not made clear in an application they have
submitted to the European Patent Office. However, such embryos would be ideal
for research into therapeutic cloning, when cells are cloned, grown into tissues
such as nerve cells and then used to treat a patient. The researchers, from Stem
Cell Sciences in Australia and Biotransplant in America, both big players in the
biotechnology industry, took a cell from a human foetus, extracted the nucleus
and then inserted it into a pig's egg cell. Two embryos were grown to the 32-cell
stage, which took a week.
Experts in medical ethics are deeply concerned about the patent application, which
has a strong chance of being granted. They say the research exploits loopholes
in European law. It is not illegal because the embryo is not technically human.
Dr Richard Nicholson, editor of the Bulletin of Medical Ethics, said: "This kind
of research depends on devaluing human beings." (The London Times)
2 Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that
by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the
water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed
with water, perished: 7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by
the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment
and perdition of ungodly men. 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one
thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years
as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count
slackness; but is longsuffering to us-word, not willing that any should perish,
but that all should come to repentance.
Matthew
24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:
but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
PART TWO: Ramafications
For the World and the Church-- From Steve Van Nattan
Let
us now ask several questions:
Will
the man/pig have a conscience.
Suppose
he is older and one day rapes a woman. Will that be rape by a man, or will it
just be a piggy instinct and not a crime?
What
if the scientists decide to do research on the man/pig.
Will
it be immoral for the scientists to kill the man/pig in the process?
Would
it be evil for the USA or Russia to breed a man/pig, or a man/pit bull army?
Why
would that be immoral in evolutionary terms?
Suppose
the new creature was physically all beast, and mentally all man. Could this creature
be the "Beast" of Daniel and the book of Revelation? I believe that
we are either to the point where God must step in and stop this mania by sending
Christ in the Rapture of the Church, or we are still a long way from the Rapture,
and the human race is now entering a new phase. This phase will be the time when
man makes it 100% necessary for God to destroy the whole human/animal race except
for the few who are not genetically animal and man. If this happens, the true
Bible believer will have to refuse to deal with all sorts of things of unimaginable
proportions. Human/animal beings will be entering the world for many reasons,
and Bible believers will have to decide what to do with them.
Now,
here are the questions which we may one day face in biblical terms.
Is
a man/pig accountable to God?
Can
a man/pig be elected to salvation?
Should
we give the man/pig the Gospel?
If
a man/pig shows a zeal for the Gospel, should be refuse to invite him to Christ?
Some
soft headed saints will say, "Of course. Give him the Gospel." OK, now
tell me this, thou soft head-- Did Jesus die for the sins of the pig? No? Well
then, is a man pig redeemable?
The
vast majority of the TV evangelists and Evangelicals will go all mushy and start
a program of evangelism to the man/pigs of the world. Then, the United Nations
et al will start a program of defending the civil rights of the men/pigs, thus
protecting them from being exploited by Christians who want to allegedly get them
saved.
You
think you have problems now, Bunkey, you just stick around. You ain't seen nothin'
yet.
Francis
Schaeffer confronted the Christian community in 1972 that genetic terror was about
to descend on the Blip and the world, and he called the Lord's Church to stand
up and make a statement and try to stop the process. Schaeffer attended conferences
where Crick, Jaques Monad, and BF Skinner were calling, "for us to take charge
of our evolution" in which these men said that whatever COULD be done SHOULD
be done. The man/pig is simply a manifestation of that statement. If you preachers
are shocked, you are a bit silly, for you had your chance, over the past 30 years
to make you voice heard, and most of you said nothing. Too busy getting the numbers
up and your resume pretty, right?
Will
you print this item and pass it around? It is about time the Lord's Church did
just one thing BEFORE the fact. Sixty million murdered babies proved one thing
well-- The preachers of America waited too long to make a fuss. If you don't want
to stand in line at the market with a man/pig, you better get your porci posterior
out of your plush chair at the church office and hit the street. If you don't
want your grandchildren going to kindergarten with a boy/dog, you need to get
the thing under control NOW. Some people have their noses in the feed trough so
deep that they sound and act like pigs already. If you don't want the UN to force
you to take a man/pig into church membership, NOW is when you deal with it buster!
Hey, preacher, what will you say when a lady and a man/pig ask you to marry them,
and the penalty for refusing is to go to the War Crimes Tribunal and be tried
for violating the Genocide Treaty? Why not act NOW?
Again,
consider this-- The Beast of the End Times may well be a true beast with a man's
heart. How will you answer God when He wants to know why you said nothing against
this travesty of His creative prerogatives?
PART
THREE: Is this Only Fiction? By Steve Van Nattan
A
science lab is doing research in bio-genetics, and their goal is to produce a
pig with the growth and immunity qualities of humans. A being of humanoid qualities
is not the issue. They intend to only genetically move human DNA into the pig
and its future offspring which would make a pig that would come to market faster
and be healthier. If this worked, other animal DNA or RNA would be added over
time, from other animals, to breed up the best pig in the world. Millions of pork
eating people worldwide would eat better, and markets would also benefit.
The
problem with the scientist's research was that they did not take into account
that conflicts would develop between the pig's make up and the human, and they
also grabbed a couple of genes of DNA which they did not intend to be added. The
result was that the pig they raised in the uterus of a female sow became huge
as it came to term. The scientists were upset and were going to destroy the thing,
but lots of money was involved, so they delivered the baby pig by cesarean section,
and the thing lived and thrived.
The
famale piglet became so healthy and fat in so short a time that the scientists
decided they should keep it and raise it. It grew up to become a big old mama
porker and was everyone's friend. The only strange thing about the pig was that
it's ears looked very human, rounded, not pointed like a pig's, and the scientists
were puzzled since they did not grab that gene or DNA in the design part of the
experiment. Well, they THOUGHT they did not get that gene. Everyone agreed that
they better be more careful next time. They did not kill the pig though. It would
at least be interesting to study.
One
day, while the research department was nearly vacant, the sow got out of her cage,
and no one ever saw her again. Well, sort of. After about two years, a farmer
called the University Bio Genetics Department and wanted to ask a question. It
seems he had found a sow in his hog farm one day, and he didn't know where it
came from. It was pretty normal really, but it did have funny looking ears-- almost
human looking. The farmer asked his neighbors if they had lost any hogs, but none
said they did, so he figured he would keep it.
Well,
he thought he might as well breed the sow since it was the healthiest and biggest
sow he had ever seen, and who knows, maybe the ears were an indication it was
some sort of desirable mutation. It might even get him some attention with the
State Fair people. He did breed the sow, and the piglets were nearly the same
as the sow and the hog involved, but not quite. That is what the farmer was wanting
to know from the Bio Genetics people at the University.
It
seems the new piglets had a very humanoid nose-- Not squared off, but distinctly
rounded with a definite tear drop curvature, more like a human nose...........
Impossible?
This
used to be science fiction. It used to be silly. It is NOT silly anymore. Given
the many errors and blunders of men of science, we have to wonder what is coming.
We also know how business research labs will do evil boldly if they think they
can get ahead of the competition and control more of the market share. We know
they will lie-- witness Firestone's recent cover-up of their defective products.
It is cheaper to pay wrongful death settlements than to do right. So, why not
play fast and loose with genetics and just settle later if it goes bad? Also,
we KNOW that things have gotten lose from research, and it usually is benign and
harmless. But, there are many stories of close calls with disaster because someone
turned their back at the wrong moment. Also, we are not all of the same ethic
on this planet.
For
the record, paragraph one is 100% based in experiments NOW in progress.
There
may well be Hindu researchers who will think it is cool to combine the stages
of reincarnation and make a transitional form of man/animal. Russian or Chinese
researchers may be bribed by cash to come up with a new genetic form of animal
which will be able to be triggered by some stimulus to attack on command. This
would be used to torment some enemy.
Two
other factors must be considered.
First,
the science of this genetic game will get to be cheap and easy
to do. In the early years of nuclear research, it was assumed that the use on
nuclear power and weapons would be far too complicated for the small nations and
single individuals. Some of you recall the guy who made a nuclear bomb in his
garage in the 1970s. Well, the day will come when the average terrorist or mental
case can make himself a mutant ninja turtle in his garage. These scientists, managers,
and world leaders have no ethic. We have seen the mindless way in which the "good
guys" of the free world use women, kill their enemies, exalt filthy sexual
perversion, and generally live like criminals. So, what might we expect of the
"bad guys"?
Second,
there is the terror of leaving the barn door open. No one seems to be talking
about the problem of what happens when some lab discards living material and it
is absorbed into the environment. This has ALWAYS been a concern with bio-warfare
research, so why would it not be a concern with bio genetics? Suppose living new
forms of tissue of material were somehow sustained by the open environment, and
suppose they thrived and reproduced? Suppose some living matter had the potential
to change anything which ate it. Suppose....
No,
it is no longer science fiction my friend.

ALEX
JONES ON GENETIC ENGINEERING Jones is sensationalist, but he is always onto
something also. When I posted this from TouTube this video had been viewed only
1900 times from July 2011 to Feb. 2012. Jones usually is viewed many times more
than this. People just do not care.
Now,
put Alex's information together with Tom Parker's account above. We must assume
that blunders are happening all the time. In laboratory experiments I remember
from my school days we followed protocols, we thought, and regularly things went
wrong, even when the instructor was supervising. This must be happening in the
best laid schemes of science today. Then we must consider the sinister options
for scientists in rogue nations. What might they be dreaming up? I seems to me
that the only conclusion is that Christ must return at once and stop this, or
he will have to create animals, and even man, over again to populate his Kingdom.
