An eleven year old boy in a Tucson, Arizona Middle School put a knife to the throat of another student and demanded he get him Pokemon cards.  The second boy did so for three days in sheer terror.  Finally, the story got out, and the authorities arrested the boy.  He is spending 15 days in jail over Thanksgiving because his parents and relatives don't want him at home.  The court official said she thinks the problem may be that the boy needs a different class at school.  Ho hum and Hillary again.

A school in Florida made a rule that Pokemon cards could not be brought to school.  One thirteen year old boy brought them anyway.  The teacher found this out, and he took the cards away from the boy.  The boy immediately jumped the teacher and tried to strangle him.

MONTREAL, Oct 27 (Reuters) - A Quebec teenager was stabbed on Tuesday in a school yard by a 12-year-old student after he tried to help his younger brother get his Pokemon cards back, police said.

We do not bring this topic to your attention as a novelty.  This is a powerful Satanic thing.  How could it be otherwise when simple toy cards can invoke such zeal of hate and treachery?  Baseball cards have been around for over 70 years, and you never heard of this kind of response to them.  This Pokemon thing has to be a matter of the demonic.
 

1 Samuel 28:5 And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart greatly trembled.
6 And when Saul enquired of the LORD, the LORD answered him not, neither by dreams, nor by Urim, nor by prophets.
7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

12 And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.
13 And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.

It is not so amazing that the people of God would allow the devil into their homes, churches, and into their kids' hearts.  Saul, a man chosen by God, ended his life seeking out Satan's power.  Now look why he did this.

Verse 6 tells us that Saul tried to talk to the Lord, and the Lord would not talk to him.  Saul needed to take care of sin and rebellion.  If he had done this, God would have talked to him.  Saul needed to hear from the supernatural "other side," so he resorted to Satan and witches, whom he himself had chased from Israel!

So, today, parents and kids are in rebellion, and they cannot hear from God the Holy Spirit.  To fill the void in their life, they turn to Satan and pick up his toys.  Pokemon is just another of these toys.

Satan has been doing a number on the Christian home for many years now.  
I wonder how many of you thought the following were harmless?

1.  Walt Disney and Hollywood-  

Bewitched--  This was a TV show in the 1960s.  It portrayed a witch who was married to a normal human.  The man was a perfect jerk, and he had to be rescued in every show by the Satanic witch.  Spells and occult powers were made to seem cute and interesting.  This show did much to break down the Christian home against occult powers.  Thousands of Christians watched this show faithfully.

Star Wars--  This show was loaded with Satanic imagery.  The hero and the villain were reverses of Jesus Christ and Satan.  Yet, I have a Spire Publishing book on my shelf in which the author shows that God ordained Star Wars in order to teach the great truths of the Bible in a subtle way.  Never have I seen more insane blasphemy.  Spire never withdrew the book or disclaimered it, so I assume they are still proud of it.

Mickey Mouse and the "funny books"--  We have a very old funny book of Donald Duck.  In it, Donald uses a divining rod to find water.  This kind of thing has been around for many years.  The tragedy is that these funny books were never checked by Daddy and Mommy.  They thought Walt Disney was their friend.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Walt Disney got his start in the lime light by making cartoon teaching films for the US military.  He did this to stay out of prison.  Disney was up on drug charges in the early  1940s, and the judge gave him the choice of going to prison or working off the offense by making cartoon movies for the Military.  This is the man you trusted?

Today, Mickey Mouse is portrayed as a magician who uses spells and occult powers to do violent acts.  The alleged happy ending is the thing that fools pabulum sucking saints, and the kids flop down on the floor and are indoctrinated into the Satanic kingdom.  Jungle Boy, a story by Kipling, is a classic product of a sick mind of a God hating man.  Did you show it to your kids?

2.  Led Zeppelin

This rock group made a record in about 1971 called Stairway to Heaven.  On the LP there was a song by this title also.  On the cover was a Druid priest standing holding a lamp.  In the lamp was a hexagram, or a six pointed star.  The hexagram is the most powerful symbol in Druid witchcraft, and it is used in casting violent spells against people.  This was received by millions of people as clever.  This kind of mind softening propaganda has been around for a long time.

3.  The Rainbow-  New Age symbol

Care Bears--  These cute little creatures had occult powers which radiated from their bellies which helped people solve problems of life.  There was a bad guy, and an obscure Druid type bear.  The Smurfs also had the same line up with a full fledged Druid.

Rainbow Brite--  These were New Age dollies which involved all sorts of mystic witchy charms.  The things were always presented as do-gooders, as is the case with witchcraft today.  White is the color of Satan in the End Times.  An angel of light you see.  My Little Pony followed these fads and had occult mystic aspects with the unicorn and Pegasus symbology from Greek mythology.

4.  Dungeons and Dragons

This is a game and a fad.  It is a strategic contest to see who can destroy everyone else in the game.  Spells and weapons are used, and one by one the players are destroyed.  Now, chess is similar.  But, in Dungeons and Dragons, spiritual imagery and extremely graphic characters are presented.  Each player takes the identity of the occult and witchy characters in the game.  Kids have been known to even commit suicide after losing a game.  Such is the power over the mind of the game player.  It is more than a game-- It is a deeply spiritual obsession.

5.  Magic the Gathering

In this game, the players are again making spiritual warfare, but the stakes are higher.  Spiritual acts are demanded.  Worship is encouraged.  Chants assigned are thought to have virtual power.  Satan is more openly represented.  The game worried parents more, and eventually became very obscure.  The interesting thing is that cards, runes, and other trinkets were added and given magical powers.  This paved the way for Pokemon cards.

DECEMBER 9, 1999--  Major crime wave coming?

PHILADELPHIA (APBnews.com) -- As the Pokemon craze steamrolls across this city, a juvenile crime wave seems to be following in its wake.....

At Wilson Middle School in northeast Philadelphia, four students have been arrested in the past week for alleged attacks.....

In addition, police said that at least seven complaints were received in the past month from children in the Center City-South Philadelphia area.... children all claim to have been robbed or assaulted for their Pokemon cards.

At Wilson Middle School last Thursday morning, two boys, ages 12 and 13, stopped an 11-year-old boy in a hallway and demanded to see his Pokemon cards..... When the boy refused, he was beaten, she said. The boy had no cards.....

On Monday afternoon, a similar attack occurred, the police spokeswoman said. Two boys, ages 11 and 12, attacked an 11-year-old boy in a school bathroom after he refused to give them his Pokemon cards. The two assailants took two Pokemon cards and 75 cents.....

Principal banned toys

Arlene Holtz, principal of the Wilson Middle School, told APBnews.com that she banned the cards from school.....

"In the first incident the student [attacked] didn't even have any cards on him," she said. "We had two serious incidents in quick succession....."

Authorities believe the popularity of the cards coupled with their resale value may be behind the recent violence that has occurred frequently throughout the country in recent months.
