as well as US Government research agencies, are making a lengthy test of kelp
off the California coast for radionuclides related to Fukushima. There are many
radioactive isotopes, and the ones found in the kelp will tell if Fukushima was

31, 2013 Here is a radiation reading on a San Francisco beach.
Either some nuclear waste has been buried at the beach clandestinely in the past,
or this is radioactivity caused by high tide. This is very instructive about the
effect of tides and contamination. The man failed to show us the reading of the
sand up close which he said was 13 times over the safe level. That would have
been helpful. I am about 80% convinced from this that serious radiation is here

This is an amalgam of weapons grade plutonium-239, uranium, and other isotopes.
It has a half life of 24,000 years, and is 2 million times more deadly than uranium,
which is deadly enough. Unit 3 at Fukushima was using MOX fuel. The 32 MOX fuel
rods are entering the ground water as a molten mass right now, and this means

tower. This will go on for an estimated year and a half. The suspense will last
for all that time for the world to watch. If Plant 4 blows, experts predict the

their lives in their hands, are the only thing between the world and total global

ON FUEL RODS NUMBERS: Fukushima
reactor No. 4 currently has 1300 fuel rods being stored in a leaking pool held
150 feet above ground. There are 6,300 fuel rods in a nearby storage fuel that
also need to be moved. In all, Fukushima holds 11,400 fuel rods, any one of which
could break and send the entire situation spiraling out of control. Those commenting
at RT report that the most controversial comments there are being deleted. Even
RT seems to be trying to minimize the fear factor. This is common of world leaders
when they are faced with a problem they know very well they cannot control.
FOOTNOTE:
Plants 1, 2, and 3 have been abandoned because their reactors melted down
long ago. The molten mass of fuel melted the containers they were in, and they
are in the ground and cannot be seen of tested. It is assumed that they are melting
the ground in the water table, and the heat will turn the ground in the area to
soup. It some point, if they continues, the four plants will all sink into the
ground and have to be abandoned to fate. Plant 4 will blow sky high in this scenario.

9, 2014- TEPCO has managed to gather in many US Government and private and media
entities to promote TEPCO propaganda.
It
is important to remember that the Japanese Government Parliament passed a law
recently for the sole purpose of making all TEPCO and Fukushima information secret
and never opening it to the public, which is a violation of the Japanese constitution.
This has given the Japanese government a graveyard where they can bury any fearful
information, and it will disappear from the knowledge of ANY one in the world.
Knowing
this, why have all of the entities in the graphic below partnered with TEPCO to
disseminate the most worthless laundered information possible on Fukushima. The
answer is obvious-- the US Government is terrified of a stampede from the US West
Coast that would shipwreck the US economy and conceivable result in a series of
state secessions as states become overrun with West Coast refugees.

moving from West to East, and from North to South, and from the USA to the Southern
Hemisphere. The question these propaganda agents need to answer is this, "Which
motivates you most, doing what is best for the well being and survival of your
audience, or keeping your wee kingdom in tact at all costs?"
If
Fukushima is a no show event, then these entities who are in collusion with TEPCO
are heroes. If the Fukushima radiation, and cancer plague now spreading through
Japan, migrates via the Pacific tides, and on the jet stream, to cause death and
devastation in the USA, then these entities are traitors and should be silenced
and punished for murder. Telling people they are safe, when you know they are
NOT, is willful man slaughter, But in the USA lying is now the order of the day
from the President down to the dog catcher.

acres from being destroyed by a massive stampede of the American population in

WHO
NEEDS TO GET READY TO TAKE ACTION?
There
are two issues that kick in if Plant 4 blows. If Plant 4 does not blow, the ongoing
release of the molten rule masses of Plant 1 and 3 are still capable of doing
massive damage in the whole Pacific rim.
1.
The outflow of ground water will multiply because the explosion will compromise
many of the thousand plus tanks of radioactive water being stored after it was
used to cool Plant 4 spent fuel. These tanks were put together in a panic, and
the bolts used were of ordinary steel which is rusting already. They ARE leaking
now.
This
problem will be enhanced greatly if the molten fuel from blown Plants 1 and 3
enters the water table (which may be happening now). No one has any idea where
the molten fuel is now. It is too hot to get near enough to learn anything.
This
ground water will enter the Pacific and will then flow north via the Japanese
current and a second current flowing due east. This will take weeks of months
to affect the west coast of North America. HERE

2.
The explosion of Plant 4 will enter the upper atmosphere and the jet stream. This
will deliver radiation at extremely high levels to the west coast of North America
in 7 to 12 days. This explosion is estimated to be equal to 15 Chernobyl or 13,000
atomic bombs used on Hiroshima.
A
number of nuclear experts who are linked to on this page insist that the West
Coast of the USA will have to be evacuated up to the Cascades and the High Sierras.
One nuclear expert says that when Plant 4 blows she will evacuate her family from
Boston at once.
What
will follow?
1.
People who are savvy will flee at once, but these will be few. Most people will
sit and wait for the US Government to tell them what to do next. The government
will do what kings and presidents have done for thousands of years-- deny anything
serious is happening.
2.
Citizens who are smart enough to remember all the lies and tricks played on Americans
by their government will find Geiger counters and learn at once that they are
doomed. This will result in massive panic and people driving away from jobs and
homes in terror.
3.
As employees in banks, government offices, the Post Office, Internet services,
and food sources flee, millions will not be able to withdraw cash from banks or
buy food with what cash they have. Bank card companies based on the East Coast
will stop all transactions on the West Coast because they will realize most of
those people will not be able to pay their bills.
4.
People fleeing will soon learn there are no jobs or habitations sufficient for
this massive pilgrimage until they reach about half way through Oklahoma. The
dry arid expanses of the Western states will not sustain up to 100 million people.
Furthermore, most of Canada's population will flee south to the USA.
5.
The Federal Government will try to stop the fleeing people in order to retain
control of the flow of tax revenue from the states not affected, but people will
keep coming. The US Military will declare war on these people and try to herd
them into FEMA camps.
This
will not last long. The Federal Government will soon realize that the economy
is collapsing, and the last funds will be used to bring the US Military home.
The government will then tell all the states to work out their own solutions.
Some
states will have compassion, and for that they will be overwhelmed and destroyed
financially. Other states will close their borders, survive, and then become hated
by the masses.
Now,
what do I suggest you do?
1.
First, understand that the fuel rod pulling will go on daily for one and a half
years. One blunder, one drop, one broken rod, and Plant 4 will blow. Then, if
they manage to do this without an earthquake collapsing the tower, they have to
then remove the molten fuel in Plants 1 and 3. The fuel is hot enough to melt
stainless steel. TEPCO actually refuses to even discuss this.
2.
Designate a destination to flee to where you have friends of family. Have cash
on hand to but gasoline along the way. Also, have a supply of water and food you
can eat while traveling.
3.
LEAVE as soon as Plant 4 blows. Do not linger and wait for instructions from alleged
"experts". Martial law will be declared soon, and then you will be forbidden
from leaving the West Coast.
4.
This is not a conspiracy. This is an emergency happening in slow motion. When
Plant 4 blows America will at once enter a period of national collapse. The rest
of the nation cannot absorb 100 million people and remain stable in any sense.
The odds are very high that something will go wrong as the fuel rods are removed.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME ANY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT IN JAPAN HAS BEEN DECOMMISSIONED.
Read that again please. They are doing a very touchy thing for the first time,
and they are doing it in chaos with broken bits and pieces.
5.
Target states-- As far south and east as you can go. Brownsville, Texas and Key
West come to mind. The jet stream will go right on over the whole USA, and no
one knows how long it will take for the fallout to be cleansed from the atmosphere

6.
Forget your political notions and your patriotism. This will be raw survival.
If you have no faith in God you will probably go stark raving mad.
7.
Some of you are in a situation in which you cannot leave for physical reasons.
You should get online NOW and find Lugol's solution of Iodine. Buy a good supply
because it will disappear quickly. Take about 12 drops when Plant 4 blows, 5 drops
for three more days, and two drops from then on. This will protect your thyroid.
If you do not do this you will slowly go mad with panic and insomnia, among other
things.
8.
Order a Geiger counter NOW so that you can test the air and the food you buy.
CAVEAT:
The above suggestions are based on the facts as I know them at Fukushima and on
what I know about the behavior of masses when terrifying horrors descend on them.

map below comes from the Nuclear Emergency Tracking Center. It shows that
radiation levels at radiation monitoring stations all over the country are elevated.
As you will notice, this is particularly true along the west coast of the United
States. Every single day, 300 tons of radioactive water from Fukushima enters
the Pacific Ocean. That means that the total amount of radioactive material released
from Fukushima is constantly increasing, and it is steadily building up in our
food chain.
Ultimately,
all of this nuclear radiation will outlive all of us by a very wide margin. They
are saying that it could take up to 40 years to clean up the Fukushima disaster,
and meanwhile countless innocent people will develop cancer and other health problems
as a result of exposure to high levels of nuclear radiation. We are talking about
a nuclear disaster that is absolutely unprecedented, and it is constantly getting
worse. The following are 28 signs that the west coast of North America is being
absolutely fried with nuclear radiation from Fukushima…
1.
Polar bears, seals and walruses along the Alaska coastline are suffering from
fur
loss and open sores…
Wildlife
experts are studying whether fur loss and open sores detected in nine polar bears
in recent weeks is widespread and related to similar incidents among seals and
walruses.
The
bears were among 33 spotted near Barrow, Alaska, during routine survey work along
the Arctic coastline. Tests showed they had “alopecia, or loss of fur, and other
skin lesions,” the U.S.
Geological Survey said in a statement.
2.
There is an epidemic
of sea lion deaths along the California coastline… At island rookeries off
the Southern California coast, 45 percent of the pups born in June have died,
said Sharon Melin, a wildlife biologist for the National Marine Fisheries Service
based in Seattle. Normally, less than one-third of the pups would die. It’s gotten
so bad in the past two weeks that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
declared an “unusual mortality event.”
3.
Along the Pacific coast of Canada and the Alaska coastline, the population of
sockeye
salmon is at a historic low. Many are blaming Fukushima.
5.
A vast field of radioactive debris from Fukushima that is approximately
the size of California has crossed the Pacific Ocean and is starting to collide
with the west coast.

One test in California found that 15
out of 15 bluefin tuna were contaminated with radiation from Fukushima.
9.
Back in 2012, the Vancouver Sun reported that cesium-137 was being found
in a very high percentage of the fish that Japan was selling to Canada…

Canadian authorities are finding extremely
high levels of nuclear radiation in certain fish samples… Some fish samples
tested to date have had very high levels of radiation: one sea bass sample collected
in July, for example, had 1,000 becquerels per kilogram of cesium.
“Look
at what’s going on now: They’re dumping huge amounts of radioactivity into the
ocean — no one expected that in 2011,” Daniel Hirsch, a nuclear policy lecturer
at the University of California-Santa Cruz, told Global Security Newswire. “We
could have large numbers of cancer from ingestion of fish.”
12.
BBC News recently reported that radiation levels around Fukushima are “18
times higher” than previously believed.
Ocean
simulations showed that the plume of radioactive cesium-137 released by the Fukushima
disaster in 2011 could begin flowing into U.S. coastal waters starting in early
2014 and peak in 2016.

It is being projected that the entire Pacific Ocean will soon “have
cesium levels 5 to 10 times higher” than what we witnessed during the era
of heavy atomic bomb testing in the Pacific many decades ago.

The immense amounts of nuclear radiation getting into the water in the Pacific
Ocean has caused environmental activist Joe
Martino to issue the following warning… Your days of eating Pacific Ocean
fish are over.
24.
The Iodine-131, Cesium-137 and Strontium-90 that are constantly coming from Fukushima
are going to affect the health of those living the the northern hemisphere for
a very, very long time. Just
consider what Harvey Wasserman had to say about this…
Iodine-131,
for example, can be ingested into the thyroid, where it emits beta particles (electrons)
that damage tissue. A plague of damaged thyroids has already been reported among
as many as 40 percent of the children in the Fukushima area. That percentage can
only go higher. In developing youngsters, it can stunt both physical and mental
growth. Among adults it causes a very wide range of ancillary ailments, including
cancer. Strontium-90’s half-life is around 29 years. It mimics calcium and goes
to our bones.
The
California coastline is becoming like a dead zone. If you haven’t been to a California
beach lately, you probably don’t know that the rocks are unnaturally CLEAN – there’s
hardly any kelp, barnacles, sea urchins, etc. anymore and the tide pools are similarly
eerily devoid of crabs, snails and other scurrying signs of life… and especially
as compared to 10 – 15 years ago when one was wise to wear tennis shoes on a trip
to the beach in order to avoid cutting one’s feet on all the STUFF of life – broken
shells, bones, glass, driftwood, etc.
There
are also days when I am hard-pressed to find even a half dozen seagulls and/or
terns on the county beach.
You
can still find a few gulls trolling the picnic areas and some of the restaurants
(with outdoor seating areas) for food, of course, but, when I think back to 10
– 15 years ago, the skies and ALL the beaches were literally filled with seagulls
and the haunting sound of their cries both day and night… NOW it’s unnaturally
quiet.
Conditions
in the unit 4 pool, 100 feet from the ground, are perilous, and if any two of
the rods touch it could cause a nuclear reaction that would be uncontrollable.
The radiation emitted from all these rods, if they are not continually cool and
kept separate, would require the evacuation of surrounding areas including Tokyo.
Because of the radiation at the site the 6,375 rods in the common storage pool
could not be continuously cooled; they would fission and all of humanity will
be threatened, for thousands of years.

Here
are five of the biggest questions still out there:
1.
How dangerous for your health is Fukushima?
Data
published in August shows 44 out of 216,809 children under age 18 in Fukushima
prefecture were diagnosed with thyroid cancer or suspected of having the disease.
The figure is far higher than the international average but opinions are split
as to whether this is because of the nuclear accident or because of more sensitive
screening. Also, health experts say it takes years after radiation exposure to
develop thyroid cancer, which suggests the cause of the cancer may predate the

2.
What can you do with radioactive water?
The
most immediate problem for plant operator Tepco is the hundreds of tons of water
poured over the damaged nuclear reactors every single day to keep the molten fuel
cool. If the fuel is not kept cool, it could cause another disaster. That radioactive
water then needs to be stored safely. But several on-site water storage tanks
that were originally designed to be temporary have sprung leaks. Tepco said last
summer that as much as 300 tons of toxic groundwater was seeping into the Pacific
Ocean every day, sparking fears about radioactive contamination of fish, which

3.
Is it safe to remove spent fuel rods?
Tepco
is just days away from starting to remove 1,500 irradiated spent fuel rods from
a pool in reactor number 4 to a safer location. The building was damaged by a
hydrogen blast after the disaster. Removing fuel from a severely damaged pool
has never been attempted. Critics fear the building is unstable and any mistake

How do you remove molten fuel in melted down reactors?
The
radiation levels in reactors 1, 2 and 3 are so high that the area is inaccessible
to humans. No one knows for sure where the molten core is resting within the basements
of the buildings and how far it has penetrated through their floors. The technology
does not exist to remove this molten fuel.
5.
How do you stop running out of skilled labor?
Workers
within the Fukushima nuclear power plant have a radiation exposure limit. Once
they reach this limit they can no longer work on site and new workers need to
be found. As time goes on, more experienced workers will reach their exposure
limits, sparking concerns that available workers will have decreased skill levels.

Question: How much is the face saving obsession preventing progress in getting
Fukushima under control? Also, at what point should the process be taken out of

the fog the other day, we managed to analyze the dust left on the street of Soka
city [...] 2,976 Bq/Kg of Cs-137 and 1,386 of Cs-134 [...] Contamination
never disappear. Be careful.
According
to ABC San Diego, April 5, 2013:
Two years
later, the nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan may be affecting the health of
young children in San Diego. [...] In a study of states in the West Coast and
in the Pacific, infants born soon after the nuclear disaster were 28 percent more
likely to develop congenital hypothyroidism, which can lead to stunted growth.
In California, that number jumped to 39 percent.
DISCUSSION
OF FUKUSHIMA POWER PLANT, TEPCO, AND THE FOLLY OF MAN
Radiation
chart from monitoring sites worldwide I don't know what to think of this
as regards anything outside the USA. They show Japan radiation at normal levels
which has to be a lot of rubbish. This may be because Japan is systematically
hiding the truth.

Question:
My question is was the fog radiated by ground shine or only the fog that past
over reactors was radiated, how was fog radiated, sorry if I am asking a silly
question any ideas. Not likely dust as when foggy it is damp and I would think
this would cut down on wind blown contamination.
Answer:
Sea fog around Japan forms when warmer air passes over cooler sea waters at the
right temperatures. Usually in the early morning in summer – not sure about times
for winter in Japan. Every fog droplet needs a condensation nucleus first – a
sub-micron sized particle of dust, salt or carbon that floats by in the air. Water
condenses on that particle and other water condenses on that until there's not
enough warm moisture left in the air. Particles of sea fog are still tiny – maybe
two to twenty microns – but far larger than the original particle. The nuclei
of sea fog is usually sea salt. That gets in the air from breaking bubbles of
sea water – there are tiny droplets that are sort of flung into the air when the
bubble bursts. The bubbles are the white sea foam from waves. If the air is relatively
dry, those aerosolized sea water particles evaporate leaving a speck of salt floating
in the air. Sea salt is mostly an alkali metal – like sodium – stuck to a chloride
ion. Half of the released cesium may end up dissolved in sea water as a chloride
salt. The rest ends up as particulates in the water column. If a sea fog particle
bumps into certain kinds of other dry sub-micron particles in the air, they will
be absorbed. It's called scavenging. Cesium particles from incineration, dust
or sea spray evaporation might get scavenged. Iodine gas eventually ends up as
some kind of particulate.
Question:
Thank you for enlightenment. Does that not further proof of ongoing criticality
if the iodine gas is contaminating the fog as it is short lived ? Sorry I am still
in nuclear science 101.
Answer:
It would, but I was only describing how some other radionuclides *could* get scavenged.
As far as I know, they were just measuring Cs-134/137. They didn't mention iodine,
and I wouldn't expect they would find any. TEPCO does put out a lot of documentation
now, but most of the detailed stuff isn't translated. From what I can make out
though, they're not finding iodine in the reactor cooling water or spent fuel
pools. The two questions to keep in mind are 1) why would TEPCO ever tell the
truth about anything, and 2) is there anything *in* the reactor for the cooling
water to cool? Personally, I don't think the coriums are a threat. Certainly not
as much as TEPCO's rusty high-voltage switch gear for Unit 1-4 that I doubt will
ever work like it should. They'll spend money on 5 and 6 so they can restart those.
TEPCO's focus right now is on restarting the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa 8TW plant. They
will kill every last man, woman and child in Japan if they need to in order to
restart those seven boilers.

KULLUK
is a Shell Oil offshore drilling rig that is currently being transported to Singapore
from Alaska for repairs. The Kulluk should be used to reinject contaminated Fukushima
water deep near the subduction zone offshore nearby. A deep well can be drilled
and 2000 tons of graphene in aqueous suspension can be pumped down the well first,
thus creating a nukewaste trap holding the radioactive particles in place.. the
graphene will let the purified water escape leaving the nukewaste trapped 12,000

Graphene is made out of Graphite, and Alaska has 280million tons of Graphite.
Many injection wells can be drilled and we have plenty of graphene to use as nukewaste
trap. All the runoff and groundwater flow can be suctioned off around the Daiichi
plant and pipelined thru a ocean outfall pipe to the pump-barges anchored over
the injection wells. This design is capable of moving a tremendous amount of washdown
water. Relief wells can be drilled at a distance to release the purified water
