Pharisees, Hirelings, and Wolves

But, even worse, some of you preachers and alleged warriors think that Christian zeal is only for the battle and soul winning. Many of you light weight preachers teach that we Bible believers are here to win souls. That is about all you talk about. Why? Answer: You want your numbers to go up so your résumé will bust wide open and get you the big church in Fort Worth.

So, there you go down the boulevard on your way to street preach, go tracking, visit for numbers, and what did you miss? Answer: Your real calling. Worse, some of you just want to find a place where no one from your church can catch you gorging down three Big Macs, right? Slow bellied fool !!

Inside the nursing home, the one you passed on the way, is Maudy Smith, who never once missed Sunday School in 45 years. No one like Maudy supported her pastor, and she prayed and served the Lord with much fruit. But, some former pastor got her, and you need to carve some new notches on your gun, so Maudy Smith can wait. No one from the church visits her anymore, and she is horribly lonely, almost doubting her Lord cares anymore. Preacher, you are a crass self-serving fool. You don't have a clue who Jesus would visit in your town. You are an hireling for not "preferring the brother" and going to visit Maudy BEFORE you go street preaching. The sinners will wait, Maudy you have with you only a little while.

"Feed my sheep," said Jesus, and Paul told leaders to "feed the flock of God." I have gotten to the point where I think street preaching is almost 100% an exercise in cheap religion. It is an easy way to feel like a soldier without being really personally involved. Getting cussed out by a driver once in a while feels good, so why spend time with the saints who need my love and comfort. Besides, some of those saints have real complicated lives, and you get tired of talking to them about the same old problems, right?

So I need to make it very clear that warfare against Pharisees and Sadducees, wolves and hirelings, is NOT our main activity as Bible believers. There are other activities that are essential to a balanced experience in the Christian walk. We need edification, and that is also based in work, that is, "study to show thyself approved," "for the work of the ministry," reading the Word, and exhorting the saints. Men and women can do this (if women are not taking authority over the men).

Our children must be cultivated in studying the Word, not just memorizing it. When a kid recites a Bible verse, it is ONLY a teaching pastor who dares to ask, "Great, Johnny, now tell me what that verse teaches you." If the preacher only teaches tithing, salvation, and loyalty, the kid will go, "Duh, I dunno."

We need to sing and praise the Lord God with other saints. We need to make melody in our hearts. I am NOT suggesting worldly amusement. That is a waste of time. Football games are for babies who want to watch the action rather than be IN the action. What kind of football wimp thinks he is tough when he won't even hand a tract to the check out girl?

Also, if you are only interested in making war, you will become a brute in the assembly. You will become judgmental of those who are not raging at Satan all the time. Beware of parking on the front line day after day without any time alone with the Lord and the saints. A church dinner is a great place to fuel the body, soul, and spirit. Sit and talk about things of the Lord sometimes, WITHOUT griping about the enemy for hours. Oh, that's right, you don't have church dinners anymore do you?

VISIT OUR QUIET PLACE REGULARLY

A WORD TO HIRELINGS
AND FOOLS WHO HANG OUT WITH THEM

We are onto you and your Satanic tricks. For many years now you hirelings and jack boots have had the sheep intimidated and cowered by your blather about "the man of God," and "you have to be under authority, brother." It is all over, my dear jerk. We have set the battle in array, and, as Jehu, we intend to feed you to the dogs.

To you who are truly born again, just this word of caution-- Stop hanging out with the butchers of the sheep. Stop running to the enemy for fellowship. You KNOW some of the preachers you tolerate and have concourse with are evil and hateful, they are greedy for gain after the doctrine of Balaam. If you keep your alliances with such men, the soldiers of Christ will destroy you with them.

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;

We are here to divide. We will do everything possible not to divide saint from saint, but is some idiot preacher who is born again stands on the side of the wicked, he will be destroyed with the damned.

Are you like Jehoshophat over yonder calling Ahab "brother" and trying to help that pagan fool survive. Well, like Jehoshaphat, you will get your tail feathers singed and look like a fool before the battle is over.

Be careful.

NOW, BACK TO THE BATTLE:

Matthew 15:12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

We are now talking about hirelings, wolves, Pharisees, and Sadducees. We are talking about those who rend the flock, those who lust for the women or the assembly, those who are gluttons and make mock of self-control. We will destroy them, we will mock them with derision, and we will seek to take the real sheep away from them, or better yet, run the scum preachers off.

2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

GENERAL STRATEGIES OF WAR

1. SHUCK OFF DRONES-- Some men are not willing to war a good warfare

You are NOT called to make war against born again men who are blundering along or who are off center as to the calling of a servant. These men must be rebuked under the assumption that they may be saved from further folly:

1 Timothy 5:19 Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.
20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

Peter went astray as to Christian liberty when some Jewish saints walked into a room full of Gentile believers, and Paul openly rebuked him. A godly man will do what Peter did-- repent and come back to sound conduct. While these sort of men may be troublesome, you can tell they are men of the Lord Jesus by their response to measured and restrained rebuke. They will be easily entreated and repent. If they will not repent, and if they lash out and start excommunicating sheep in all directions, they are on the road to hell, lost, and must be destroyed.

The ones you are to destroy and run off viciously are these:

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

These are unsaved man who have risen up from within the assembly. They make a pretext of truth, and they deceive, and they must be watched for. Paul sounds like he is very concerned that the best of his friends at this church could be deceived:

Acts 20:31 Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

When you see a pattern: Bashing sheep, Lust for cash, Lust for women, Sloth, Nicolaitanism, Lawless behavior in the community, Lying and cheating, and such like, you MUST NOT be tempted to think this is a wayward sheep. This is a godless willful hireling who has come into the Lord's church to waste and rape the saints.

DESTROY THE BASTARD

 

2. CONFESS THE FAITH-- A confession is a weapon

You, God, and the Body of Christ must be sure of who you are. If you like to make war, but you will not stand and identify yourself, YOU ARE THE ENEMY. No weapon of warfare of a saint is more powerful than his confession of Jesus Christ. I am not talking about one of these cold moldy "confessions" of the Reformation, nor do I mean your "doctrinal statement." These abound by the thousands, and they mean nothing, NOTHING!

Here is a confession of faith, and Jesus shows how it pleases him:

John 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

Matthew 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

In destroying an hireling pastor, you are building the Lord's Church. How? You are defending the sheep, building the wall of protection, as Nehemiah did with Jerusalem. Once the wicked, Sanballat and Tobiah, were sent packing, spiritual power and true worship came back to Jerusalem. But, the wall had to be rebuilt so the sleaze of Satan could be kept out.

Your confession of faith will become a wall of defense around the saints as you stand down the hireling and run him out the door. Do you speak of Jesus Christ daily in the market place, not just in the church gathering? Do you give glory to God openly. I am not talking about handing out tracts and button holing people with blunt questions about damnation and their faith. I am talking about openly bringing Jesus Christ into every day conversation many times daily.

If you do not do this, you are not a warrior. Please stay away from this battle. You are a hazard to the Lord's Church.

Psalms 119:46 I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.

 

3. DESTROY THE ADVERSARY-- Hireling preachers and slow bellied evangelists

Hirelings are men who are NOT born again, but they have found places of leadership, especially as pastors and evangelists, and they attack the sheep from inside the sheep fold. You need to study the articles in the War Room, and learn to make a clear distinction between a born again pastor who has weaknesses, and a slob and beast who consumes the sheep, rapes their daughters, lusts for their cash, but, most wickedly, warps and mutilates Bible doctrine for gain.

Once you clearly have identified a servant of Satan in a local church, your duty and assignment is to defend the sheep. You will do this by either bringing the sheep out of the grip of that pastor into a house church, or you will destroy that hireling and run him off. There is NO saving that Bastard, so he must be destroyed. You may show no mercy on the hireling, while you must be gentle with the sheep. The key word is not "revenge." Revenge belongs to the Lord. The key word is "deliverance." No technique you can invent or arrange, within the law of the land, may be ruled out.

4. AN APOSTOLIC LOCAL CHURCH-- Brick and mortar must give way to the Body

After you have thrashed and run off the hireling, life for the Lord's Church must return to what the Apostle Paul and other Apostles taught is normal.

a.
The role of the pastor must NOT be defined in First and Second Timothy. The Apostles nowhere tell us that an elder or deacon is the same office as a pastor. Since "pastor" is found only once in the New Testament, and since a pastor is said to be given to the Church for the edification of the saints, it must be made very clear that any future pastor will do NOTHING but teach the Bible.

Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Elders and deacons will direct the life of the church. After you run off an hireling pastor, I suggest you take one to two years for only deacons and elders to direct the life of the local church. The elders are to be "apt to teach," according to Paul, so they will do the teaching. After a time it will be quite obvious who, from among your midst, has been "given" by Christ to your church to lead in edification. That man should be raised to that place by the leading men, not the women, and not by voting.

Once the pastor is teaching, he must be encouraged to fulfill that responsibility by much reading of the Word and prayer, and he must be rebuked if he enters into fund raising and administration of any kind. In spiritual matters he must be first among equals. In all other things he must be a servant like any other man in the assembly.

b.
The local church must be cleansed of ALL traditions of man which are not solidly based on New Testament Apostolic teaching. All leaders must study the Word and be eager to examine all issues of church life and eagerly shuck off the rubbish of institutional Christendom. Read in the War Room how to implement this.

 

5. BACK TO BEING CHURCH--

How can you know that the war is over inside the sheep fold?

THERE WILL BE PEACE
Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

THERE WILL BE EAGER STUDY OF THE WORD IN EVERY HOME
Acts 17:10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

WOMEN WILL BE QUIET AND GENTLE, NOT BUSY BODIES,
AND NOT RULING THEIR HUSBANDS
1 Peter 3:3 Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;
4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

EVERY MAN IS ALERT, FORCEFUL, AND EAGER TO DEFEND THE SHEEP
Acts 20:27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

THE WEAKEST SAINT IS MINISTERING IN HIS PLACE, AND RESPECTED
1 Corinthians 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

Romans 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

EVERY MAN IS AT WAR WITH THE REAL ENEMY-- OUTSIDE
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

THE SAINTS SHOW AFFECTION AND DEPEND ON EACH OTHER
ALL WEEK LONG, NOT JUST ON SUNDAY
Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS DOMINION
OVER THE FAITH OF THE SAINTS
2 Corinthians 1:23 Moreover I call God for a record upon my soul, that to spare you I came not as yet unto Corinth.
24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
The single most evil wolfish and Satanic thing promoted by Fundamental Baptists, Charismatics, the Pope, and all of mongrel Christendom is that men who lead have authority over the saints' salvation. This works itself out in teaching that altar calls are the only place a saint can get right with God. Also, the statement, "Follow me, and I will follow Jesus" is taking dominion over a man's salvation and faith in Jesus Christ. Also, when a saint does not meet the expectations of the flame breathing Bastard preacher, he asks, "Brother, are you really born again?" All of this must never be found in a local church which is at peace with Christ and itself. When a preacher or visiting evangelist says anything to take charge of the faith of anyone, he must be soundly and openly rebuked.
A worthy pastor is ONLY a "helper of your joy."
Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
The following verse is most used by jack boot preachers to claim the rule and final word in the saints' lives. First, this verse does not say to obey church leaders or civil leaders. It could just as well be either one. In any case, this verse does not take the headship of Jesus Christ over his Church and hand it to a church leader. We must not use this verse to take authority over sheep.
Hebrews 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

ENEMY SOLDIERS-- Hirelings and Wolves USE "his devices"-- Satan's

2 Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

The following are strategies you can use on pastors who have fully revealed, by their conduct and teaching, that they are animals and hirelings who abuse the flock of God:

 

-- Liars --
There is an urban legend going around Fundamental Baptist churches about some famous Amos who flew a small airplane over the Vatican and threw tracts out of the window. This man was an American in a foreign nation, and the Italians did not stop the plane, nor did they arrest him when he landed. This Rambo claims to do what he pleases, and he gets away with it. Stop believing these stories.

There are missionaries, evangelists, and pastors telling lies on the right hand and on the left from pulpits of Fundamental churches. They tell of exploits of soul winning and of mighty acts against sin. The problem is not so much that they cannot prove their sorry tales. The sad part is that Christian men in these churches do not challenge them. People just suck it up and shout AMEN.

Jack Hyles claimed he won three hundred people a week to Christ. I worked the math out, subtracting time to sleep, eat, travel, and visit churches and be the major domo of a thousand gullible pastors, and I came up with about 20 minutes each to win those 300 people to Christ. JACK HYLES LIED, but worse, thousands of silly asses repeated the lie and exalted Jack as a model for Christian zeal.

So, what shall we do. Stand up, when you hear such things from the pulpit, and ask the man if anyone saw him do his exploits. If he says yes, ask for names. If he says he was alone, tell him he is lying and should stick to the Bible instead of exalting himself.

In conversation, stop these stories, and ask the teller if he could prove it is true. If he says he cannot, then caution him in front of other men to stop telling tales he cannot prove. If you are accused of being disloyal, start telling a tale of how you challenged a Satanist to show his power. You jumped off a cliff and flew around heaven for two days, and when the Satanist tried it, his legs fell off and he had to join the circus as a freak to make a living. Walk away.

I heard a young fool stand up in a church we attended and exalt himself for a solid 45 minutes about all the wonderful things he had been doing as a pastor in Montana. He boasted that he and his kids dug rocks out of the front yard of the parsonage of the church, and after the last truck load was hauled away, the truck driver told him they have loaded 17 truck loads of rock out of the front yard. Friend, that is just a stupid idiotic lie. And, the gullible pastor of the church tried to give dignity to the guest preacher's performance by giving an altar call afterward.

The four flusher, Lester Roloff, claimed that the stove is a murderer in your home. He said cooking vegetables destroys their food value. Lie! Tomatoes and carrots increase in food value with cooking. Many other lies were told by the creep also, like that God calls men to specialize in ministering to young troubled women. God calls the aged women to minister to the young women.

Stop these liars boldly, and make a mock of them before the saints.

-- Freeloaders --
Proverbs 30:15 The horseleach hath two daughters, crying, Give, give. There are three things that are never satisfied, yea, four things say not, It is enough:

I say those two daughters had a little brother, and he was a Fundamental Baptist preacher. The main message of our enemy these days is, Give Give. We need to challenge these men to teach the Word, book by book, and stop begging for cash.

Ask them if Jesus solicited cash for his bag, and when did Paul ask for cash for himself?

Read these articles on tithing, and then attack these preachers who live for the cash flow:

Then attack, using what you learned from the Word of God. Also, stand during prayer meeting and ask for prayer for an aging saint in the church who is in need. Ask the church to pray that the preacher will start to show compassion on the needy and give them help from the offering plate. Do the same during church business meetings.

 

-- Gluttons --
Please read the article. If your pastor is a big blimp, he needs to be rebuked soundly. He should not be a pastor at all because he cannot be an example of self-control and temperance.

During a church business meeting stand and suggest or make a motion the pastor be given six months to lose some serious weight of leave.

 

-- Adulterers and Fornicators--
There is no need to convince you, I trust, that these are not acceptable in a pastor. If such sins come up, or if the pastor is implicated in such sins of the leaders, make a public demand that the man step down at once until they throw you out of the synagogue or do something about it.

 

-- They are dim bulbs --
If you pastor us dumb as snot and even acts proud of it, ask him why he exalts stupidity. Ask him if it is because he is simply too lazy to study and inform himself about life and the devices of the devil, as Paul suggested.

Stand in prayer meeting, and ask for prayer for the pastor that God will enable him to learn more and get more knowledge and wisdom.

I sat under the alleged ministry of a pastor who had very limited knowledge of history and life in general. I am well informed in some areas, being research oriented and over 60 years old, so I told him that I would be delighted to share any of my research data with him if he let me know before he preached on some subject. Later, several times, I had to sit and grind my teeth as he blundered through a discussion of a topic which he had botched up badly for lack of background material. The problem was that he was threatened by my knowledge, and he was too small to believe I was serious and wanted to help.

-- Hypocrites--
These jack boots lash out against long hair, high hem lines, chewbacca, and booze, but they have huge bellies and the manners of a baboon. See the article on Dr. Dirigible.

At a church dinner after the preacher has filled his plate the second time, load a third plate high with food, and go set it in front of him and say, "Here you are preacher. I thought I would get the next load ready for you so you don't have to lay your fork down between piggings."

When the preacher wails that more love is needed, stand and ask him, "Preacher, do you love me?" Sit down and let the bum talk his way out of that. When he talks about loving souls, stand and ask him why Black folks are not welcome in the church.

Ask the preacher to meet you for lunch during the week at the local cafe. If he welches and claims to be busy, tell him he is not at all like Jesus who went out of his way to be with publicans and sinners. Ask him why he goes visiting-- maybe just to get the number of brats up so he can brag about numbers? Tell him he is a wimp and is terrified of the cafe because real men are there and know what they think of him. Tell him the publicans and sinners in Galilee thought highly of Jesus, and the preacher's union hated him. Ask why it is the other way around with that preacher.

-- Brutes--
If you pastor is AWOL when a saint is attacked, or if a kid in public school is attacked for his faith, and the pastor shows no interest, stand in prayer meeting and ask for prayer for the pastor that he will learn to be more brave in defending the sheep.

If the pastor is brutal to his wife or kids, which is VERY common among Fundamentalists these days, in prayer meeting ask for prayer that the pastors wife and kids will be delivered from serious mental and bodily injury as the pastors ministers to them with beatings and abuse.

If you don't hear of the pastor beating his kids and wife for a couple of weeks, stand and praise the Lord that the pastor is doing better at loving his wife and kids.

-- Spies and Agents Provocateur--
It may be that you learn about a vicious attack on the Lord's sheep in a fellowship near you. Perhaps you could visit there and get pretty regular, and then at some point, after you see the pattern of evil being foisted on the sheep by the pastor and leaders, use strategies found here and as the Lord leads to wake the sheep up and show them what the pastor is publicly.

Also, write a letter to the editor of the local paper praising that preacher in that church for being such a compassionate man as he thrashes the sheep. You will have to be creative as a writer so that the editor takes it at face value, but the preacher will know he has been exposed when he reads it. Quote some really dumb thing he teachers or says, like about guns or brutal spanking etc as if this is wonderful. This is meant to strike fear into him. Visit that church the next Sunday and watch him squirm.

I would not make a long career of this, for you could yourself get dry and morbid in the process.

-- Make themselves gods --
If a preacher continually exalts himself, when you leave at the end of a service, while people are gathered around him in the rear of the meeting room, start praising the preacher to his face in loud exaggerated language. Say really silly stuff and sound very sincere. Do it until he cannot take it any longer and demands that you stop. Tell him, "All right Rev. Wonderful, I will stop praising YOU when you start praising only Jesus Christ." Turn before he can react, and walk out the door.

-- Lazy missionaries--
Do the same things here to missionaries, but only to those who obviously offend the sheep of Christ in any way. When they brag all about themselves, do the one just above this item. Also, ask the missionary for the name of someone who visited his field and can confirm his war stories. Ask for the name of a national Christian to whom you can write and see if the stories are true. Tell him you intend to find other missionaries in his field who know him and learn if they respect him in Christ.

-- Bible mutilators--
When a preacher teaches something clearly in error, stand and demand that he prove what he just said from the Word of God. Be sure it is really off the wall so that he cannot twist Scripture around to cover his vile posterior.

If he says something like, "A better translation from the Greek for this verse would be....," or, "I like to think that what Paul was saying is....," or, "This is figurative and not to be taken literally....," stand and ask him if he knew Paul personally. If he says, No, then tell him that you would rather just hear about what Paul taught and to keep his own smart notions to himself.

Or, stand and say, "Preacher, I am pleased to know that you know Greek so well. Would you quote that verse there in Greek for us please?" If he says something to shut you up, tell him it is time to let the English Bible stand alone and let the Greeks run the bakery downtown.

-- Pharisees --
These are pastors who lay law on people. Here are some suggestions to do after some law edict is delivered from the pulpit:

"Preacher, I really like this law system you are giving us. I have been doing all the things you say, but you have not told us what color socks to wear yet. Please tell us now."

"Preacher, Moses was the man of law long before you came along, and Moses told the Jews to carry a feces paddle when they went abroad to cover what came out of them. Preacher, do you carry a feces paddle, and if not, why not?" Deuteronomy 23:13

"Preacher, Moses told Israel not to wear clothes made of two kinds of mixed thread. Do you have any clothes made of more than one kind of thread?"

-- Leaders of heresy and false religion --
When a preacher teaches that John the Baptist was the founder of the Baptist movement, ask him if we are still under law like John. Whatever he says, the next question is, "Preacher, Paul did not say he was a Baptist, why?" If he says anything close to the idea that Paul was expounding Baptist teaching and just didn't know it, ask, "Then why did Jesus not mention being a Baptist? Maybe Jesus was a Baptist and just didn't know it either." You have him in a trap now, so don't say another thing. Whatever he does next will damn him.

Tithing-- Ask where tithing is taught clearly in the Apostles' teachings.

Whenever you find a heresy being preached, like that a saved woman should disobey her husband and come under the authority of the pastor, go to the Word of God, and prepare an attack on his heresy, and then teach the truth to others in the assembly until they throw you out or get right.

Go for a verdict. Give no quarter. You are not disrupting the Body of Christ, you are disrupting devils and making opportunity for any saints who will listen to escape.

 

-- Physical Violence --
I have been hearing stories of preachers being physically vicious. They beat kids nearly to death in Austin, Texas, and they slap deacons for not making a nicer church sign. You must watch for this, and when it happens, there is no reason to restrain yourself. Bash the wicked beast in the face. Horse whip the jerk. If a preacher slaps you in wrath, hand it back double. We are entering a new era of evil as we come down to the end of the Age of Grace, and things will get hot. One word of caution though-- only in defense of sheep. I do not say you should not defend yourself if you are in real danger, but stepping in with brute force should be encouraged when a preacher, evangelist, or leader hits or slaps a kid or anyone really.

If your preacher talks about guns, knives, and doing violence to people, and if he exalts physical force as a way of life, keep a loaded gun on hand at home, and get a permit to carry. You may need it.

 

-- One word of caution --
When an hireling is confronted, he ALWAYS uses one particular tactic-- fear. He will threaten you with the wrath of God, with excommunication, with hate, and even with physical violence and law suits. These jerks as wimps. Do not let them move you. They are wolves, and the more they threaten, the more you use the Word and thrash them. Mock them openly if they do this. Do not dare them to do anything, but when they do, dish it back double.

There will be other offenses that you see in the assembly. Use these principles, the Word of God, and a fearless but restrained attack to deal with each one. You will also be given other responses from the Holy Ghost which you can use on hirelings. You will be cast out of the synagogue eventually, but perhaps you will help the true sheep to wake up and leave to find a godly preacher and a house church.

WEAPONS FOR ROOTING UP HIRELINGS
AND WOLVES:

-- Prayer- Public and private --
Dave Hocking, a pastor in California, went to lunch with a Baptist preacher. They were served, and the Baptist preacher suggested that they pray silently so as not to make a disturbance. Dave Hocking said he did not mind praying for them, and he boldly and clearly, out loud, prayed in thanks for the food. Dave is fearless, so I suspect he prayed around the restaurant a bit in a friendly way. Dave said the Baptist preacher was totally embarrassed when he opened his eyes.

As they were eating, a lady walked by on her way out and dropped a note on the table. She walked on outside, but the note was a request for prayer. Dave and the Baptist wimp finished and walked outside, and the lady was standing beside her car. She came up to Dave and with weeping said she wanted help. Dave stood there and was blessed to lead the lady to Jesus Christ.

Prayer was a ministry of salvation

Prayer was a weapon to put a wimpy preacher to shame where he belonged.

Nothing is more powerful than to stand during one of these altar calls where the preacher is trying to make sheep think they lost their salvation, and praise God for his promises that he will keep his sheep and that he forgave your sins Tuesday when you committed them. But, be ready for a sinister comment when you are done praying. At that point challenge the jerk boldly with Scripture. Tell him his altar call is not a bit different from a Catholic confessional-- the saints are not taught to get right all week long but to wait and do it at his magic altar.

Do not say combative things as you pray. You may pray that the pastor will repent of some error, or even that he will get control of his weight so that he can preach with authority on gluttony, but do not turn this prayer into a tirade. Be brief and sincere, and remember you are talking to God, not the people listening.

Private prayer is a weapon also. Pray for the destruction of the hireling, for sickness, and for death.

 

-- Praise--
When the preacher starts preaching tithing, stand and loudly praise God that we are no longer under law and can give according to the blessing last week.

When the preacher starts pushing church membership, stand and praise God loudly that he has accepted all who confess Jesus Christ into membership of One Body forever. Thank God loudly for placing your name in the Lamb's Book of Life and there is no other list necessary for you to be on.

When the preacher starts trying to cast doubt into the saints minds at an altar call to get them to rush to the altar, you go up there, turn around, and loudly praise God that you cannot lose your salvation since you confessed your faith in him.

Do you get the idea. This weapon exalts God, and it gives the preacher a thrashing. He cannot deal with it because he has to blaspheme the Word and the Truth to contradict you.

Sit down quickly after you do this, and be respectful. Do not look around and grin like a jack ass. You are not trying to show how clever you are. You want to make a fool of the wolf so that some sheep will wake up.

 

-- Quote the Word of God--
By now you get the point. Do the same thing with the Word of God. If heresy is being taught, or violence is being done to the sheep, find a text that applies, and stand and forcefully read the verse and sit down suddenly. Be respectful of the Word and don't show off. If the preacher asks you why you read the verses, tell him they show how his teaching is in total error, and encourage him to study the issue and preach it right next Sunday.

 

-- Exalt God --
If you want to see a look of absolute terror steal over the countenance of any jerkawallah jackboot Fundamental "Bible believing" preacher, do this-- After the end of the morning service move to the rear. Wait until the pastor is surrounded by his several buddies who shine on him while he shakes hands with the people. Then, walk up to him and start, sincerely, rejoicing in the Lord. Quote from the Psalms, and do this for a while, not too long. Then end by saying something like, "Pastor _________, isn't the Lord Jesus precious and delightful?" Stand and wait for his response.

When the preacher asks for testimonies, instead of the perfunctory, "I was saved thirty odd years ago an' I am glad I am a Babtust too." Stand up and rejoice with a loud voice filled with worship and joy. Baptists do not do this, nor do many other churches. Be manly, be bold, and then, in your own words, speak to God in a great voice and exalt him. Sit down and shut up.

If you need help in this, simply study the Psalms a while, and even read exalting Psalms during testimony time. Don't dominate, be brief, and be sure you heart is right, that is, you desire to truly exalt God while you set the battle in array.

Never get up, or publicly, scold people in the assembly or rebuke them openly. Exalt God. This will divide sheep from goats in a hurry, and it will drive the preacher nuts. But most of all, it will show the people that the preacher has NO idea how to worship and exalt our great God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

-- Witness --
Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Wimp preachers and hirelings do not let their light shine. They do works, like handing out tracts and Thursday visitation, but it is all about nickels and noses and a butt every eighteen inches. As you boldly and LOVINGLY and GENTLY speak of Jesus Christ at every opportunity in the check out lane and on the job, God will reveal his power in the Gospel coming from your lips. This will be a weapon that intimidates the wimpy preacher mightily. You see, a bold witness for Jesus Christ is something an unsaved hireling or wolf cannot get out. He tries, but blub, blub, blub, it all goes south and is of none effect.

I know, you cannot believe this. It is true though, try it.

 

-- Derision --
Psalms 2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

The hireling preacher rages and brags about himself and his greatness. He mocks at those who fail to meet his expectations. I have heard of preachers standing in the foyer and loudly mocking at some of their most faithful men and making fools of them in front of their wives and kids.

Your job at that point is to step up and laugh in the preacher's face and mock even louder, speaking of the disrespect he has for other men, of his fat belly, of his soft hands, of his fear of work, and of any other factual disgusting aspects of his life. If he flirts with the ladies, mock him for it. Lay it on the beggar.

 

-- Physical Action --

John 2:13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

Luke 17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!
2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

I am amazed that I never hear about preachers being horse whipped for some of the things they do-- raping men's wives, violating their daughters, slapping their kids around, robbing them of an inheritance by working their old parents into guilt so that they will their estate to the preacher, on and on.

I look forward to the day when real men in these churches bust the preacher's jaw for messing with their daughter and family.

DANDY HIGH TONED SOLDIERS

There may be a few, probably precious few, notable men in large pulpits who will want to enter the battle to cleanse the Lord's Church of wolves, hirelings, and spiritual bastards. So be it, but understand this, you must obey the same orders that the lowliest Bible believing hick in Appalachia obeys:

Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

If you need the approval of the preacher's union and some school you attended or sit on their board, you are rubbish in this warfare. Remember Hus, Luther, Machen, Norris, and Ruckman. Any man who takes a stand for the King James Bible, turns the Whore out of the Lord's Church, and destroys the works of hirelings and wolves, will be hated. If he is highly approved, he is worthless as tits on a boar hog.

You will soon realize that you cannot be famous or command men-- you are UNDER command in an army where the highest rank is that of Captain, and that is already taken. That Captain suffered, and you will too.

Hebrews 2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

If you want to have articles about you in the Sword of the Lord, like Lee Roberson and John R. Rice, you are not worthy.

So, count the cost.

INFORMATION VERSUS ADVICE

Get all the information you can about the enemy. You first want to establish that you are dealing with a wolf, not a brother. If you are not sure, get more information, and if you cannot get more information, lay off. Information is called intelligence in war time. You cannot get too much. All of your information is then put under the light of the Word of God. The patterns of human nature and the teachings of Bible writers along with Christ will then make it clear if the man you are dealing with is a messed up Christian or a godless hireling.

Do not get advice from man. If you feel you need to get advice, you are either unqualified for warfare, or you are weak in mind and soul. Paul never told Timothy to get advice. But, you must gather intelligence from every source possible on the battle before you.

I was talking to a brother who was under the preaching of one of the worst informed pastors I have ever known, and we got onto the Jehovah's Witnesses. I told him a book to look for at Goodwill which was given to all door to door JWs telling them how to answer Christians and other people. This brother brashly gave me an arrogant verbal slap and told me I didn't need anything but the Bible. Well, if I did not have anything but the Bible, I would not resign and give up on soul winning and dealing with cultists. But, by getting information, I have learned how to get to JWs and where they are very weak. I know what they fear most. I can use the Word of God and stealth to get them going, and I have done so. Then, I can single off the novice in every twosome, and I can challenge him to question the JW lies.

The point? We are not ignorant of his devices, said Paul. When Paul went up Mars hill, he took note of their religious zeal, and he used their unknown god image to good advantage:

Acts 17:23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

And, they listened to his definition of that god, and in the end Paul walked off with converts. Paul did not need advice-- He needed intelligence, information. If you send me mail asking me what to do in some situation, I will know that you are either not mature enough for warfare, or you are too lazy to go get the information you need. You are on the front line, and I am not.

GIVE THEM BACK TO SATAN

1 Timothy 1:18 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;
19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:
20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

It is time to give Satan back his boys and defend the flock of God.

By the way, I trust you understand what is at stake here. You will be excommunicated eventually for taking action in this warfare. At that point, hang up your spurs for a while, gather any sheep who have figured out that they have a hireling, and start a Bible study in one of the homes. Don't go off down the street looking for another hireling to bust. The reason you should do any of this is ONLY to defend and edify sheep, not to show what a tough boy you are.
