Psalm 139:19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God:
depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

All true Bible believers launch the most joyful and exuberant celebration, for the enemy of Christ is dead.

DANCE FOR JOY
Your editor has promised his family he would "dance in the streets" when the Pope died. They have looked forward to this day for a long time. So, here is the video taken shortly after the Pope died.

Sorry about the wind noise. It seems the media caused this with all the hot air about the wicked praying for their false god.

Celebrate with cake and ice cream, and call your friends at once and rejoice and make a great feast with zeal. Sing hymns of the Blood of Jesus Christ and martial hymns, and read the following:

Psalms 58:1 Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
2 Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.
3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;
5 Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely.
6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD.
7 Let them melt away as waters which run continually: when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces.
8 As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun.
9 Before your pots can feel the thorns, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, both living, and in his wrath.
10 The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
11 So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.

Proverbs 28:12 When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.

Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

Psalms 139:17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
18 If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
19 Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
20 For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Proverbs 14:32 The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.
33 Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding: but that which is in the midst of fools is made known.

2 Peter 2:10 But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;
13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;
14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
16 But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.
17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

The Pope's passing means nothing. He built nothing. He accomplished nothing that helped God. God does not need the Pope. The plain simple saint the Indonesia, Pakistan, Kenya, or Louisianna, working their little patch of cotton, and living the life of Christ every day, is infinitely more uesful to Almighty God than all the Popes who ever lived.

Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.

Matthew 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Peter did NOT build anything. Jesus Christ built his Church. The Pope's life was a total waste-- all straw that will burn up in hell. The reason the Roman Catholic Whore Church needs expensive robes and tall glorious buildings is because the men inside are empty.

The last word on the Pope comes from the man whom the Pope claims invented the Papacy-- Peter-- a servant:

2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

READERS RESPOND:

Yes, Steve...

it is AMAZING to watch the mainstream press have an orgy about the death of 'god'...John Paul II.

Of course, we won't talk about what happened to John Paul 1...who was MURDERED IN HIS SLEEP BY THE MAFIA because, within the first 30 days in office, this Pope wanted an AUDIT of the church books at the Vatican, because he had heard about the 'money laundering' between the Vatican and the Mafia in Italy.

Pope John Paul II NEVER mentioned EVER auditing the church books AGAIN... in 20 plus years in the Vatican.

Oh yes, let us not forget... I have had a BIG laugh over how 'prayer' has been 'popular' again in the mainstream press to 'help' Pope Sicola. IL Papa (better known as IL Duche) has sparked a pagan prayer revival.

May he get what he deserves in HELL... after his meeting the REAL JESUS CHRIST....

May MARY greet him...school him...and tell Jesus to flip the Hell bound line switch for the Pope.

Steve,

As a former RC, I have been watching with some interest the coverage of the pope. Is it just me, or are others picking up on the blatantly pro-catholic attitudes of the news networks, reporters and anchors? It seems like people everywhere, of all faiths, are just falling all over themselves to heap praises upon this man. This is "scary", in the sense that this should be a wake up call for Bible believing Christians. Yesterday I heard an absolutely astounding comment on Fox, from the editor of Newsweek, I believe, that not only should people pray for the pope, but they should pray to him as well! The reporter's reply? "An interesting concept." What say you about such news coverage and reactions?

Hello Steve,

I hate to rain (sic) on your celebration but you know they will select another Pope and the media will fall all over him too whoever he may be. By the way, why can't President Bush send a representative to the Papal funeral? Why does he have to go himself? For a man who was acclaimed by Evangelicals as pretty much being the second coming of Christ he seems to be lacking in discernment on this particular issue.

And what about the lowering of the flags to half staff? The pope was a religious leader primarly and not an American. Does every religious leader get this honor now? How about Gordon Hinckley when he passes on? Or what about Rev. Moon? If we honor every religous leader with this the flag will never be raised to the top for the rest of my lifetime! Certainly the US should send a representive to the funeral but let the Catholic Church honor its own! With the help of the world media the pope is certainly a prophet "with honor" at least among the worldlings.

PHILLIP S___________

Editor: Comment-- I look forward to a new Pope because there are cardinals in the Vatican who would make much more black and white an adversary relationship for us Bible believers. Cardinal Ratzinger is my choice. He is a raging jack boot, and we can get back to the good old days of Christian warfare with him.

LATER: I am not a prophet-- I just liked Benny's arrogant German Jackboot attitude.

Hi Steve,

I like your "tribute" to the Dope. I hope they forgot to embalm him and he bloats up like a roadkilled coon and reeks. You are so right about how rotten he was in leading all his followers to pray to Mary. And that's just one thing. My brother and I did indeed celebrate his death.

I heard on Fox News this morning that they were thinking of calling him John Paul The Great. Just more evidence of how such a friend of the world was such an enemy of God.

POPE HATER'S QUIZ

HOW DO WE RECONCILE THE TWO FOLLOWING PASSAGES?

Psalms 137:7 Remember, O LORD, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Rase it, rase it, even to the foundation thereof.
8 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us.
9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

There seems to be a contradiction here. I have had some people rebuke me for violating the Ezekiel text because I rejoice in the death of the Pope? Can you tell what the difference is here?

Answer: Those who have never heard, who adults, are invited to repent and turn to Jehovah God. God has no delight in their death. But, those who have been given the message of Truth and reject it are damned, God will destroy them. Heaven is not a Democracy. Poke your finger in God's eye, and he will send you to hell.

And, when God calls for the killing of babies, what is really happening is that God is taking them away from their rebel parents and taking them to heaven. This is an act of mercy, for if they grew up to be wicked like their rebellious parents, they would also go to hell.

The Pope has had his whole life to reject the Whore of Rome and turn to believe in Jesus Christ alone for his salvation. Instead, he chose to trust in his works and his traditions of men, and the only thing we regret about his death is that is was not sooner.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

This blaspheming Pope made himself a mediator between man and God. He also caused millions to pray to Mary instead of Jesus Christ. For this, John Paul will burn in hell, for he sent people AWAY from Jesus Christ .

Can you possibly imagine Jesus Christ dressed like these two pretty ladies?

The cutie on the right is the future Pope John Paul II. These are not men. They are cross dressing perverts.

BENEDICT XVI IS THE BEST ADVERSARY WE CAN ASK FOR.

Traditionalist, very savvy politically, defender of Catholic doctrine, and a tough Prussian. This is my favorite, for if he were chosen to be the next Pope, the old warfare between Light and Darkness would be resumed, and Bible believers could win more Catholics to Christ. Ratzinger would be a bull's eye for the Holy Ghost and Fundamental Bible believers. He heads up the Holy Office, the old Office of the Inquisitor.

POPE JOHN PAUL II TRIED TO MOVE IN ON SHINAR!

THE WORLD -- SIN AND RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUDGMENT

John Paul on sin:

"It is wonderful to be able to confess our sins, and to hear as a balm the Word which floods us with mercy and sends us on our way again. Only those who have known the Father's tender embrace, as the Gospel describes it in the parable of the Prodigal Son "he embraced him and kissed him" (Luke 15:20), only they can pass on to others the same warmth, when after receiving pardon themselves they administer it to others."

This man teaches that men forgive men of their sin. This is a lie of the devil.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Sin is forgiven by the one, the ONLY one, who died for the sinner, Jesus Christ. The Pope is a liar and wants to keep the power of the souls of millions of Catholics by brokering forgiveness of sin.

AND THE FARMER HAULED ANOTHER LOAD AWAY

IT IS MADNESS' TO FEEL SORRY FOR THIS FOOL POPE. THIS MAN REJECTED THE "GOOD THING" THE APOSTLE PAUL SAID A WIFE IS. HE LIVED HIS WHOLE LIFE SURROUNDED BY PEDOPHILES AND EFFEMINATE FAT SLOW BELLIES. SO NOW, AS HE DIED, HE WAS SURROUNDED BY LONG FACE CREEPS WHO HAVE NO JOY IN HIS DEATH, AS A TRUE SAINT WOULD. THE MEN SURROUNDING HIM CANNOT WAIT TO RUN TO THE CONCLAVE AND PROMOTE THEMSELVES TO FILL HIS VACANT CHAIR.

A TRUE MAN OF GOD WILL HAVE A WIFE, AS PAUL INSISTED IN FIRST TIMOTHY, AND HIS WIFE AND FAMILY WILL BE AROUND HIS BED AS HE GOES TO BE WITH THE LORD. WHAT A FOOL.

PECULIAR

This boy from Poland put his britches on one leg at a time like any other man on earth, but he took the titles-- Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of the Prince of the Apostles, Supreme Pontiff of the Universal Church, Patriarch of the West, Primate of Italy, Archbishop and Metropolitan of the Roman Province, Sovereign of the State of the Vatican City, now gloriously reigning.

AND, he is very dead-- Stripped of his pomp and robes-- naked as the day he was born-- No robes of righteousness because he blasphemed the Lord Jesus Christ and made mockery of his precious Blood. The Pope's Mass is virtually sacral ceremonial cannibalism.

HERE IS THE HATE FILLED MIND OF THE POPE'S CHURCH

Below are photos of statuary in the Chiesa del Gesu, the Jesuit Church of Rome, built during the Catholic Counterreformation of the 16th century. This sculpture is titled "Faith's Triumph over Heresy" by Pierre Le Gros, and is located at the altar built over the tomb of Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits. It depicts a woman (the Whore Church on Rome) casting two of the Protestant reformers, Martin Luther and John Huss out of heaven.

You will see in the lower left corner what the Whore Slut Church of Rome thinks of the Word of God. The alleged angel is tearing up the Word of God. That is still the stand of the Whore. The Word is torn asunder by the filthy traditions which they use to cancel all biblical Truth. And, you fool Protestants who have ANY other Bible but the King James Bible in English have a Bible based on the texts cuddled in the basement of the Vatican, the Gnostic perversions of God's Holy Word.

Now, here are the words of the Associated Press, April 2, 05. "The faithful lit candles, prayed and reflected on Pope John Paul II's legacy Saturday as he neared death. Protestants, Muslims, Jews and even atheists praised a man whose work for peace and unity made few religious distinctions."

So, if mad and blasphemous Protestant jerks want to exalt this Pope, we Fundamental Bible believers curse him. We praise Jehovah God that this rebel pest will soon drop straight into hell where all antichrists belong. We do not pray for him, for he refused to pray for himself to God through Jesus Christ. He prayed through his mongrel Mary, a Mary we do not know, a Mary who did NOT send men to Jesus, but called blasphemers to bow to her instead of Christ. Damnation on John Paul II.

THE WHORE OF UTAH SPEAKS OF THE WHORE OF ROME

President Gordon B. Hinckley of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints remembered Pope John Paul II during both general sessions of the faith's 175th Annual General Conference on Saturday.

In a brief preface to his opening address, during the pontiff's final hours, President Hinckley said, "I extend to our Catholic neighbors and friends our heartfelt sympathy at this time of great sorrow. Pope John Paul II has worked tirelessly to lift the burdens of the poor, to speak fearlessly on behalf of moral values and human dignity. He will be greatly missed."

Word came that the pope had died shortly after noon Utah time, prompting President Hinckley to make the following statement when the afternoon session began: "We join those throughout the world who mourn the passing of Pope John Paul II, an extraordinary man of faith, vision and intellect, whose courageous actions have touched the world in ways that will be felt for generations to come.

"The pope's voice remained firm in defense of freedom, family and Christianity. On matters of principle and morality he was uncompromising. On his compassion for the world's poor, he has been unwavering."

HERE IS IMAM BUSH AND HIS PAGAN
WORLD CLASS FRIENDS EXALTING THE POPE

Fundamental Bible believing pastors around the USA violated the separation of church and state agreement they made in becoming a nonprofit corporation, and they clearly pressed their people to vote for George Bush in the recent election. They made omega wolves of any men in their churches who voted otherwise, or who declined to vote at all. I want your preachers to now reflect on what you did in promoting this vile pagan Episcopalian liar. He has appointed, in about 95% of his new appointments, people who approve of abortion and gay marriage. He lied, and you were suckered in. You lead the sheep of Christ to exalt a pagan. Here is Bush on the Pope. I have yet to hear ONE preacher repent of his folly in forcing the saints to vote for Bush.

"He is an inspiration to us all. Laura and I join millions of Americans and so many around the world who are praying for the Holy Father,"

"The Catholic Church has lost its shepherd. The world has lost a champion of human freedom,"

"We're grateful to God for sending such a man ... a hero for the ages,"

He is an inspiration to us all,

"The Catholic Church has lost its shepherd and the world has lost a champion for freedom."

Bush ordered the US flag to be flown at hald mast. This is the first time in US history that the US flag was thus flown for a Whore. As you saw the flag at half mast, did you Fundamental Bible believing preachers who promoted Bush in the elections pause to consider what you brought on this nation? A man who claime faith in Jesus Christ, alleged to hate abortion, alleged to reject gay marriage, but this men is the bride of the Whore Church.

Here is your alleged born again Bible believing baby defender-- with baby killers.

Imam Bush joined his fellow pagans in eulogy:

France's Protestant federation meanwhile expressed its solidarity and sympathy with the country's Roman Catholics, stressing that the grief that had touched them affected "us as well, as Protestants". "Beyond shared grief, we express our gratitude to God for the servant he has given to the world," the federation said.

Iranian President Mohammad Khatami said the Islamic Republic had learned with "extreme sadness" of John Paul's death, saying he commanded "the three paths of religious learning, philosophical thought and poetical and artistic creativity".

Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles, said: "No Pope did more for the Jews."

Rabbi Paul Caplan, of Temple Anshe Shalom in Olympia Fields, said John Paul had an impact that reached far beyond the Catholic church. "He was an amazing pope for the Jews and for all people," Caplan said. "He did more during his papacy for Jewish-Catholic relations than was probably done in the last 2,000 years." In 1993, Caplan said John Paul and the Holy See participated in the church's first diplomatic relations with the state of Israel, including an exchange of ambassadors. "He stepped into the synagogue in Rome and deplored anti-Semitism," Caplan said. "To the Jews he said, 'You are a dearly beloved brother, and in a certain way, an elder brother.'"

After convening Vatican II in the early 1960s, Pope John XXIII issued a statement saying Jews were not responsible for the death of Jesus Christ. "And John Paul made this point public with everything he did," Caplan said. "He asked Catholics to delete the term Old Testament as opposed to New Testament because it implied that one text replaced the other. (John Paul) called them Hebrew Scriptures and Christian Scriptures." During his travels to Israel in 2000, the pontiff met with political and religious leaders and visited Yad Veshem, the Holocaust Memorial. "And when he visited the Western Wall, he put a prayer in the wall, which is our tradition," Caplan said. "I hope the relations he formed are only the beginning and will continue into the future."

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas described John Paul as "a great religious figure who devoted his life to defending the values of peace, freedom, justice and equality for all races and religions, as well as our people's right to independence".

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez praised the Pope's opposition to the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003. "We should ... remember he preached world peace. When the United States invaded Iraq, for example, John Paul II said it was an illegal and immoral act," said Chavez.

This is amazing when one considers that Bush is prasing the man who mocked his war and zeal.

A leading cleric in Malaysia said he hoped Pope John Paul's successor would follow in his footsteps to increase understanding between Muslims and Christians.

"We wish him good health, " Grand Ayatollah Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, the highest-ranking Shiite Muslim religious authority in Lebanon, said after Friday Muslim prayers in south Beirut. "We hope that the course of dialogue charted by the Holy See would lead to all religions converging on faith in God and on confronting the world arrogance that is treating people unjustly." "World arrogance" is a term used by Iran and its allies to refer to the United States.

"In the name of all of you, we wish him recovery ... so that there will be convergence between Islam and Christianity and all civilizations," said Bashour, a Muslim.

Syrian Muslim cleric Mohammed Habash praised the pope for his position promoting Christian-Muslim coexistence. "I share the appeals and prayers for the soul of Pope John Paul II, a humble man of dialogue, forgiveness and openness," said Habash.

In Egypt, Milad Hanna, a Coptic Christian commentator, described the pope as a great politician and leader. "His will be a loss to the world and I doubt if the Catholics will find another pope as eminent," Hanna said.

In overwhelmingly Muslim Yemen, Mohammed Ghalib Ahmed, a former diplomat and a member of the Socialist Party's politburo, praised the pope as "an honorable man of peace" who supported the causes of troubled Arab nations. "His stance against the Iraq war was exemplary," Ahmed said. "It will be very difficult to replace him."

President Bush is not uncomfortable worshipping Satan and pagan deities.

Speaking about faith-based programs, Bush said, "Miracles happen as a result of the love of the Almighty, professed, by the way, taught, by the way, by religions from all walks of life, whether it be Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu -- people who have heard that universal call to love a neighbor just like you'd like to be loved yourself, and then surround someone who hurts with love."

NO POPE IN HISTORY SUCKERED
IN CHRISTENDOM LIKE THIS ONE

Here is the double speak of the fool, Billy Graham:

"Pope John Paul II was unquestionably the most influential voice for morality and peace in the world during the last 100 years. His extraordinary gifts, his strong Catholic faith, and his experience of human tyranny and suffering in his native Poland all shaped him, and yet he was respected by men and women from every conceivable background across the world.

He was truly one of those rare individuals whose legacy will endure long after he has gone. "It was my privilege to meet with him at the Vatican on various occasions, and I will always remember his personal warmth to me and his deep interest in our ministry. In his own way, he saw himself as an evangelist, traveling far more than any other Pope to rally the faithful and call non-believers to commitment.

He was convinced that the complex problems of our world are ultimately moral and spiritual in nature, and only Christ can set us free from the shackles of sin and greed and violence. His courage and perseverance in the face of advancing age and illness were an inspiration to millions - including me.

"I have been invited to attend the funeral service for Pope John Paul II, but I will not be able to go for health reasons. I have asked a member of my family and one of my long-time associates to represent me at that service.

"May his death remind each of us that some day we too must die and enter into Gods presence -- and may we each commit ourselves afresh to Jesus Christ, who died and rose again for our salvation."

"We've lost one of the great men of all time. I think he's done at lot for this world and I know he'll be truly missed,'' Angela Powell, 49, said outside Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater.

Although the pope is not recognized as an authority in the Islamic faith, Khalid Mozaffar, co-chairman of the Southwest Interfaith Team, said Muslims recognize the pontiff as a person of faith. And he is respected as the leader of the Catholic Church. Mozaffar said John Paul has been a driving force in Christian-Muslim relationships, especially in a post 9-11 world. "There are a lot of Catholic churches that want to develop interfaith relationships with Muslims and I think that has come down from the top over the last 30 years," Mozaffar said. "He was the first pope who ever prayed in a mosque," Mozaffar said of John Paul's visit to Syria in 2001. While at the mosque, the pontiff spoke of John the Baptist, who is regarded as a prophet in the Islam faith, as well as Mary, the mother of Jesus, who is a highly regarded woman to Muslims, Mozaffar said. "He led a prayer in the Muslim mosque and made a wonderful speech about brotherhood. He brought that all together and when people hear about it, it has a positive impact," Mozaffar said. "We do have a lot in common. And for those who are divided among us, there is so much we can do if we focus on the positive."

The Rev. Jim Tony, pastor of Palos Park Presbyterian Community Church, said John Paul led a life that was respected by all Christians. "I think the pope is an immensely respected Christian leader," Tony said. "He was immensely loved and admired worldwide. Even in his suffering, he has been a model of freedom, of integrity and of Christianity,"

The Rev. Doug Hoag, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in New Lenox, said he admired John Paul's persona. "He kept a very delicate balance between being controversial and being compassionate," Hoag said. "He fearlessly tackled different issues, such as abortion, war and stem cell research, issues that could polarize people. But at the same time, he was able to plumb the depths of an issue with love and understanding," Hoag said. "I think the attempt on his life in 1981 demonstrated that profundity." Hoag said he was also impressed with the pope's honesty. "I think the pope spoke from his heart. He was very sincere," he said. "His presence evoked respect, whether or not you agreed with him."

District Elder Andrew D. Singleton Jr., of the Victory Apostolic Church in Chicago Heights, said he views the loss of the pope as a loss to the world. "I think he had a huge impact on the world," Singleton said. "The Bible says how Jesus went about doing good and I think the pope did a lot of good." Although Singleton said he could not speak on what impact the pope had on Pentecostals, he did say he was a great good for Christianity and the world as a whole. "Lately they have been talking about his key role in the extermination of communism," Singleton said. "He was definitely a trumpeter for justice and of God. Although we do not follow the same doctoral beliefs I think the pope's life was a blessing for Christianity and all of the world." Singleton said he also thinks Pope John Paul II was a unifier. "The pope brought unity to people. I never saw him discriminate against people," Singleton said.

Ministers of Protestant churches throughout the Natchez area were touched by the death of Pope John Paul II and were quick to praise the life example set by the pontiff, who died Saturday at the Vatican. Ministers spoke of his moral courage, peacemaking, love of humanity and bridge building across racial, ethnic and denominational lines. And they said the pope's death will play a role in their Sunday services today. "John Paul set a high standard for morality within the home. He promoted family unity," said the Rev. David McGuffee, pastor of Highland Baptist Church. "And he not only preached it. He stood for it, and for that I'm very appreciative." The pope's teachings cut across denominational lines, McGuffee said. "It did not matter for us to agree theologically. He made it clear that the values of the home and family are not a thing of the past." Today, McGuffee said, he will remind his congregation that "we be sympathetic to those who are Catholic and hurt by his death. He was a very fine man." Further, he will ask his church members to pray for the Catholic Church as the process of choosing a new pope gets under way. "This could be a pivotal time in the world," McGuffee said. "The bar was set high by John Paul. It will not be easy for anyone to follow."

At Natchez Church of God, the Rev. Paul Hays, pastor, agreed. "He built so many bridges between the people who never had the chance to have contact with the pope or Rome or the rest of the world," Hays said. "He brought a sense of connection between the common people and the church."

The Rev. Kenneth Stanton, pastor of Rose Hill Baptist Church, said he will have prayers for Catholics as they grieve. "Just his presence meant a lot, because of what he stood for, and not just among Catholics," he said. John Paul II will be remembered for his love of humanity, Stanton said. "He always stood for the right thing."

The Rev. Albert P. Rowe, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Paterson, said he did not agree with all of the pope's theological positions, particularly his views on abortion and prohibiting priests to marry. But he said he respected the pope's strong convictions and felt common ground with him as a fellow Christian. "I think he's opened the window of fresh air by going to all continents and by reaching people at every social and economic level," said Rowe. "We have different ways of worshiping God, but the very heart of the Christian faith is Jesus ... How can we not be one?"

Rabbi Irwin Goldenberg of Temple Beth Israel in York Township said he spoke about John Paul in a family Sabbath service at the temple on Saturday. Goldenberg told a story, set after World War II in Krakow, Poland, of a Jewish boy who was cared for by a Polish family after his parents were taken to the Auschwitz concentration camp. The Polish family took the boy to a Catholic priest to get him baptized. But the priest asked the family what the boys parents would have wanted. The parents had wanted him to be brought up Jewish, Goldenberg said. The priest refused to baptize him. He showed an early respect for people of other faiths, said Goldenberg. That parish priest eventually turned out to be Pope John Paul II.

R. Albert Mohler Jr., president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, told a national television audience in 2000 that "the Roman Church is a false church, and it teaches a false gospel" and that the pope "holds a false and unbiblical office." But Mohler also said he found common cause with the pope's confrontation of communism and defense of "the sanctity of life" on such issues as abortion. "Even as we continue to be greatly concerned about the institution of the papacy, we have a great admiration for the man," Mohler said.

"As a Pope, he went on to become a global icon inaugurating a new order of solidarity, which brought about a considerable change in the social political scene of the world," said Philip Neri Ferrao, Archbishop of Goa and Daman.

Editor: It is the Catholic Church in India which COMMANDED its priests to add the Lingham of Hindu Puna worship to the altar of the Mass. The Lingham is the phallus symbol in Hinduism. One Catholic order refused to do this, and the whole order was excommunicated from the Whore Church. I have this from a priest in that order.

Yet John Paul also was accused of presiding over an oppressive institution. Critics say his Vatican repressed dissenting theologians and hypocritically called for the equality of women in all aspects of society except the church. "We want a pope to take us into the future where the church is the people, not the hierarchy," said Tamar Byczek of Louisville, a member of the liberal reform group Call to Action.

Editor: Thus, watch for the next Pope to pamper the Laodiceans warmly.

"The legacy of John Paul II will be remembered as lost opportunity, as he ignored warning signs and continued to guide the church into stormier waters of denial and hypocrisy," said Sue Archibald, president of the victims' advocacy group, The Linkup, based in Louisville.

Editor: For one simple reason-- he was one of them. Guilt stops action every time.

Javier SOLANA,
EU High Representative

Javier SOLANA, European Union High Representative or the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), made the following statement today with reference to the death of Pope Jean Paul II:

"I wish to express my deep sorrow and heart felt condolences to the Catholic Church, and to the Holy See, for the disappearance of His Holiness, John Paul II."

Editor: Steve Van Nattan-- This is weird. It would appear that Solana cannot consider the possibility that there is some place after death. This is doubly strange when one recalls that Solana was educated as a Franciscan Roman Catholic.

BLESSED QUIETNESS ON THE NEXT POPE

EDITORIAL AT THE TIME OF THE DEATH OF JOHN PAUL II

All I can say is that I hope it is Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. He is a jack boot Prussian from Bavaria, and he will take the Whore back to its roots and primal doctrines. He will not be sweet like John the Wimp Paul II.

Ratzinger would be vicious. I am told he has a huge backlog of excommunications waiting to finalize, and he will loose persecution on Bible believing missionaries worldwide. We need it black and white, so Ratzinger is our preferred devil for the post or presiding antichrist.

THE NEXT FRONT OF THE WHORE?

YOUTH WILL BE TARGETED AND ENLISTED
INTO JACK BOOT LEAGUES:

Teresa Berger, a professor of ecumenical theology at Duke Divinity School:
The next pope also will likely reap the fruit of John Paul's appeal to young people, Berger said. "He initiated these global gatherings of Catholic youth that have caught on like wildfire," she said. For the next World Youth Day in Cologne, Germany, this August, "already there are thousands and thousands of registrations. It's obvious a new pope would not want to throw water on this wonderful, vibrant way of being Catholic in this world."

Example of the power of the Pope over youth

PEDOPHILES WILL EITHER RULE THE WHORE CHURCH
OR WRECK IT:

"The legacy of John Paul II will be remembered as lost opportunity, as he ignored warning signs and continued to guide the church into stormier waters of denial and hypocrisy," said Sue Archibald, president of the victims' advocacy group, The Linkup, based in Louisville.
